I came in and got the popular country fried steak. It comes with hashbrowns, eggs, and toast. It was only $10. It is busier than usually on a Sunday around brunch time. The country fried steak was cooked well. I loved the gravy, it has a lot of flavor in it. I also got apple cider which is seasonal. I’m glad to see some younger people coming in to try this.

Wow, I’m definitely going to come back here. This is like an old school diner in the same building as a bowling alley. We went on a Sunday, it was easy to find parking and a table. The prices are a lot cheaper than all of those popular overpriced breakfast places. The service is super friendly and welcoming. Tables are plentiful. Food portions are more than generous. I ordered the ribeye steak and cheese omelet. I added spinach and mushrooms to the omelet for $2 more. I also ordered a chocolate chip pancake. The omelet will come with hash browns and 4 slices of toast. Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly – medium rare, it went well with the spinach and mushrooms. The chocolate chip pancake was so good, shareable for two people.
By the way, I would steer clear from those Karen reviews on Google and Yelp, they left 1-2 stars everywhere they go. No credibility.

JR’s is a hidden local Gem, Stopped in this AM with my son everyone was very friendly Great old school diner atmosphere. The food is Excellent no frills just good food cooked correctly. and the prices are Excellent. my denver omelette was Excellent and mu sons pancakes were killer, crispy edges soft and fluffy center and the bacon was a perfect crisp. see you soon for the B&G and country fried steak

The meal was good. I asked for a sample of the sausage gravy. They provided it. No problem. It was good. So I got the country fried steak and eggs with the gravy. The server was very friendly. Found the restaurant on the Internet. My wife was skeptical. But I insisted because it was rated 4.7. Will come back again when I’m in the area.
