Look no further for good Chinese food in North County. Been here a couple of times now, great experiences both times. Authentic Shanghai-style cuisine that actually tastes good. Service extremely good

I am delighted to have an authentic Chinese restaurant in Oceanside. The food is delicious, and there are several spicy dishes on the menu that I enjoy. They give you a big portion too so it’s great for family. However, all the other dishes we ordered were great, so I will not order this one particular dish again (juicy dumpling), but I will definitely return to try others. In addition, they have one in Vista as well!

We tried it first time and absolutely loved it. Shrimp fried rice was good and garlic green beans were delicious. Portions are generous and ingredients nice and fresh. Definitely will come back to taste some other dishes. Thanks Joyee Team.
Broccoli chicken is tasty. And sweet and hot and sour soup is delicious

Nice new place, they have a good selection of dishes. The fried rice and the walnut shrimp were delicious! The passion fruit tea is highly recommended. The soup buns were lacking flavor. We definitely need to go back and try more dishes.

I went here on their second day open. The workers were very nice and the dining room was very clean. We placed our order and they made Szechuan chicken for me even though it wasn’t on the menu, it was excellent and nice and spicy and a huge portion.
My friend ordered sesame buns and Szechuan eggplant, we had to wait 15 minutes for the buns to be made. When I checked the order in the car the buns were missing and the girl had put egg and green onion on the receipt instead. I went back in and told them and they apologized and told us we could keep the dumplings for free, so we had to wait another 15 minutes for the buns to be made.
When we got home we realized that the eggplant was missing from the receipt and bag. I’m not sure what the problem with the girl that took our order was but they only got one thing right on the order. It was nice of them to say you can keep the dumplings for free but they were almost twice the price of the buns.
I will try this place again but not right now because all new restaurants have many issues when they’re first starting out. The blonde does need more training and maybe should repeat the order to the customer.
There were 2 things that I did not like about the place as I was waiting inside and that was, it was very cold in there and the music was extremely loud.
Make sure you check your order completely before walking out of that store

We ordered take out of chicken chow mein, garlic green beans, combination fried rice, spring rolls, Kung poa chicken, sweet and sour chicken with pineapple, scallion pancakes, and some tofu dish. Sweet and sour chicken was really good, the group felt that the Kung poa was much too salty. The combination fried rice barely had the meats in it. The combo fried rice was an entree for one in our group and they were disappointed that there wasn’t much meats in it. Everything was hot and fresh.

We have been waiting for this place to finally open, and it did not disappoint! My husband and I had the Mongolian beef and the cumin lamb which were both very tasty. We and soon realized that only one dish would’ve been enough to feed the both of us. The dishes are huge, definitely big enough to share between two people. We also placed a to-go order of shrimp fried rice, and beef and onion dumplings for the kids, they loved it. Big thumbs up, we will be back for sure.

During my weekend stay in oceanside, ca I tired several high rated restaurants and Joyee Dumpling House was my favorite and the only one I’ll revisit. I cant wait to come back to try other menu items. My daughter absolutely loved the green beans. She said this was prob the nest greens she’s had. The soup dumpling was good but unfortunately not as good as one of our other favorite Dumpling locations. The cha chu bun was good also. The bread was soft and the pork was good quality. It was very lean pork. The decor in the restaurant is amazing also.

We live nearby and have been waiting so long for this place to open, and it was worth the wait! We ordered the Rice Noodles with Beef, Fried Pork Buns, and Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings. Everything was delicious and hot on arrival.
We were waited on frequently, with consistent water refills and asking if we needed anything. When we asked for to-go boxes, they boxed it all up for us. So nice!
We’ll definitely be back for more, especially knowing that they also sell frozen dumplings and buns to take home.
Note: the chicken wings were not spicy, the peppers in the picture were a garnish

Amazing service and awesome food! There was a 15 minute wait since we came on opening night and the manager gave us a pot of hot tea once we got to our table since we were waiting outside.
The dumplings were super flavorful and the staff were all smilingly and helpful. Really solid opening. Hopefully, they stay consistently great!
