Glad I found this place. I dint know how business was before but after a few viral videos that I stumbled across; it was absolutely worth it. With a very high demand is a short window of time; the wait time is 30 mins+, please keep in mind they most likely had to hire more staff to keep up with the demand. Give the team at Josh’s grace. I’m sure they won’t jeopardize the quality of burger for speed. I got the smack burger w/ their sauce on the side; amazing! I paid about $12 hour for it. The meet was tender, flavorful, no mystery chunks inside. The hours are a bit separatist. They are located inside corn beef king.

Burger is good size. Fries actually good and can of soda is used as reference to compare size. Fries can be eaten by itself but do wish it a bit more salt if intended to eat the fries. Burger itself requires 2 hands and some napkins depending how much sauce was added…despite i didn’t know it came with. Burger taste: sauce>burger patty>caramelized onions in that order as u bite. Didn’t notice the beef bacon as i bit into it but its there. Would order again but maybe with less sauce to give proper evaluation. I ordered the bubba, which has 3 smashed patty. Having 4 smashed patty might either overkill or must desperately starving.

Everyone knows the worst the area looks the better the food. From the garage exterior to the small ordering room inside, you know you are in for a monster burger. Small menu, Huge flavor. Friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, and five-star burger; couldn’t ask for more. Burger patty that genuinely tastes like real beef.
Only complaint is wish their hours went past 10 on weekdays; midnight run would be legendary.

The burger was great. Over sauced in my opinion but high quality. However the wait time is absurd for a smash burger. I thought it was a one off so I decided to come back the next week and get there right when they opened. I was second in line and I waited almost an hour. I get they are working with a limited kitchen space but to make people wait that long is pretty crazy. I hope they get a better spot soon so people don’t have to wait that long. The product and price are great but the service could be better

This is my eighth time coming to Josh smack shack and the food is great and everything five star across the board. The only problem is the combo the SmackDown. Which includes fries and a house drink but the house drink is regular Coke. And our specialty drink, even though on the picture it showed there speciality drink. But on my first time coming here they gave me the speciality drink. but from then on it was just can coke, sprite, etc

One of my biggest gripes with any business is not delivering on what was promised. I place an order around 3:30-4pm for pickup at 7:30pm. I thought “hey I know this place is viral let me get ahead and make sure I get my food on time”. I get there at 7:28 not crazy busy but a decent amount of people there I ask if my order is ready they said no, I figured they’re probably a little behind so I sit and wait. As I wait I notice a theme, a mix of people who ordered online before hand and in person getting frustrated. People who have been waiting 30-40 minutes for their food. Then I notice it’s been around 45 minutes since I got there and my food has yet to be ready. And anyone who has asked when their order would be ready they were met with the same response of “maybe 10-15 minutes, have a lot of orders”. Now I understand being busy but giving out blanket statements to every single customer seems disingenuous to me. Around the 55 minute mark I decide to ask the cashier for a refund as I have decided I’ve had enough of waiting for one burger and fry when I could’ve gone anywhere else and had my food. Coincidentally my food magically is ready as soon as this happens. So the service here terrible. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait an hour. Now to the food. The fries, were terrible. I will not lie, no salt and deathly cold for something that was recently a finished order, mind you I wanted to snack on them as I drove 6 minutes home. They were unbearable. The burger was pretty much as expected after you get over the fact it’s drenched in sauce, perhaps I should gotten it on the side. The burger may have lived up to the hype but it definitely is not worth the time to order ahead. I’m glad I got to taste it but if I’ve got to wait an hour every time I order here I can’t do it. It’s a burger spot not a restaurant.

Recently opened in the same commercial kitchen as Pizza Monkey and Corned Beef King, Josh’s Smack Shack has a tasty burger. While I still think Steez Burger is the best – I will definitely be back!
Some things to note – there is limited parking at the exact storefront. I recommend parking on the street (free after 6pm) and walking a bit. They currently are only doing fries on weekends but other folks there were grabbing onion rings from Corned Beef King to snack on while they wait.
There are two picnic tables that you can sit at while you wait/eat but many folks took their food to go.
