I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for about 6 years, and this was honestly the worst service I’ve ever received.
I came after practice, really hungry, expecting the usual fast and friendly service I’ve always known from Chick-fil-A. Instead, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 30–35 minutes, which is wild because even when it’s busy, it usually only takes about 10–15 minutes.
There were about 12 cars in front of me in both lanes and around 15 behind me, and for about 30 minutes no one was outside taking orders. The workers — mostly younger, high school or college age (which I understand, and I’m around their age too) — were just standing around. It wasn’t until the manager came out and told them to start taking orders that anything changed. Even then, instead of spreading out, three workers were grouped together taking just one car’s order, while the line kept getting longer. I even saw the manager say something to them about it.
When I finally got to the food pickup window, I was told to pull forward and wait even longer. When I eventually got my food, it was barely warm — not hot like it should be. I don’t know if it was from sitting too long or the cold air, but it definitely wasn’t fresh.
This was really disappointing, especially because I’ve always had good experiences here and usually recommend this location. I hope management seriously addresses the lack of urgency and organization, because this experience was not what I expect from Chick-fil-A at all.

Awesome service and exemplary employees. My food orders are quickly brought out. I feel the food is properly prepared to perfection and always served with a smile. I really like being able to go sit down and order my food through my Chick Fil A app.

I hadn’t been to chick fil a in several months before today and I decided to stop and get a spicy chicken sandwich. It was way flatter, smaller, and drier than it’s ever been in the many, MANY times I’ve been to chick fil a in the past. I used to be a regular customer and that only changed because I had less money to spend on takeout in this last year or so, but the food has been consistently worse since, and I’m not sure why. The service is always good, the workers are always friendly but the food is simply not worth the price that is being charged.

Just had my first poor experience with a Chick-Fil-A in my entire life. I had a large catering order that was delivered without drinks. They delivered cups but no drinks. I called the Dublin location, which handled the order, and was told I didn’t order drinks. I said yes I did order drinks and ice and you all delivered cups. Why would I need cups if I didn’t order drinks? They said too bad and if I wanted drinks I would have to drive back to the store and pay for them. I would expect this from other restaurants, but I’m totally shocked at this response from Chick-Fil-A. The Dublin location is not like the other 100 locations I’ve dealt with catering over the years. They’ve all been wonderful, even when something goes wrong. I will never do business with this Dublin location ever again. The Chick-Fil-A name and reputation deserves better than this location.

As a regular to this establishment, this is the last straw for me. This chick-fil-a continually delivers a subpar product as seen in this photo. This place is too expensive to receive a half filled non appealing parfait for about 5 bucks. Totally unacceptable.

This was all I ordered because it was mid-morning. They’re always extremely busy so I think the service was reasonable according to the volume of traffic.
The price on the lemonade was comparable to other places. Food items seem to be a little pricey.
I haven’t been inside the restaurant in many years, but the last time I was you could eat off the floor. It was beyond clean.
