I ordered two PORK tamales, a steak torta and one steak & chicken taco. Instead of the pork I get chicken, I told her pork 3 times. And the steak torta had 3 pieces of hair inside of it. Used to be such a good place to get food and now I wont recommend it to anyone.

Food was okay. Not great, but passable. Beans were good. Rice was alright. Steak tacos with everything were just meh, okay. Not much flavor. I will try again but wasn’t impressed on the first attempt. And they were not busy at all when I stopped at about 6:10 pm.

Jose’s is our favorite food truck in Sheboygan! We love going weekly in the summer. The food is phenomenal, especially because there are choices for everyone in our family. They are very accommodating for what our kids want and are super fair on their pricing. Highly recommended!!

Jose’s now has two taco trucks and regularly operates out of the old Jaliscos near 14th and Calumet. I’m really happy that they have a stable location now and I don’t always have to wait for them to drive over to Michigan Ave to get my taco fix.
Jose’s is the drunk munchies savior after bar close, and a dinner fave in my household. You get a lot of bang for your buck and the tias/tios and abuelas/abuelos are efficient in getting your food to you as quickly as possible.
One of my faves, especially after I’ve hit up the bars, is their steak fries. Generous and filling, this cheesy, meaty, potato mound half an hour before bed along with a few bottles of water will guarantee no hangover the next day.

My daughter & I came here bc we were all hankering for some Mexican food! Being from Texas, we were missing that taste of home & Jose’s did NOT disappoint!
They were so nice & the lady that took our order, really knows her stuff.
We ordered the Taco platter, a relleno burrito, regular burrito & a torta, all of them with steak. I gotta tell ya, it was the most flavorful & juicy steak any of us had in a long time! Their sauce (green & red) didn’t taste like it came from a can, the veggies were fresh & the horchata wasn’t gritty like the artificial stuff either. In short, we’re coming back here & going to make it a weekly thing, for sure!

This little taco truck is extremely awesome. Most authentic food in the Sheboygan area. Outstanding people behind the scenes as well. The food was the most athletic I’ve had outside of Mexico. Fantastic! We loved it. The atmosphere reminds me of Mexico as well. They had a very friendly service staff.
