Fresh delicious food that you can tell is made in a real kitchen. Fast friendly service. Fully stocked bar with great specials. And reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Update 1/14/25 – Still the same delicious food and exceptional service by the same familiar faces. Too many places seem to have a revolving door getting staff, not Jose’s. Top notch every visit. I’m going back and you should give them a try!

Gotta ask for Manuel to be your server! Our server was Manuel and his service was top notch! Our drinks never went empty, the table tortilla chips were replaced before the last chip was gone, and was very friendly.
Cool atmosphere, great service, reasonable prices, kid friendly, and bathrooms were clean.
We were visiting the area from out of town on vacation and were looking for a dinner venue and took a chance on Jose’s, and glad we chose here!
The tables had a really neat design also like nothing I’ve seen before.

The absolute worst mexican food ever (I’m sure the owners are wonderful people). I don’t understand how anyone thinks this is decent mexican food. Even mexicans I know won’t eat here. I’ve tried 3 different times, (different dishes each time) and won’t be back. To each his/her own, I guess.

Decent Mexican food in the springs. The fajitas were on point, as well as the salsa and queso. Very fast and professional. Strawberry and lime margaritas on the rocks are not too strong but tasty! The chimichanga is my absolute favorite, the A1 crispy beef tacos are amazing!
Their lunch specials are cheap and good-sized portions. The staff and servers are always smiling and their hospitality is the standard. I absolutely love this restaurant.

We came in as a party of seven and we’re seated immediately. They had the drinks out, the appetizers out, and the main course out within about 15 minutes. It was absolutely incredible service, and the food was hot and fresh.

Perfect Mexican restaurant. The green salsa and queso dip was to die for. I was so full off chips and dip I couldn’t eat much of my meal, but I contest that its some of the best Mexican food ive ever had. I got A21 off the menu, El Patron, DELICIOUS! Took the rest to-go and ate it later that night.

Jose’s was awesome, If you ever in Hot Springs Arkansas and you’re looking for a good authentic Mexican restaurant this is the place to come I know the owner owns quite a bit of restaurants in town and in other locations and it’s all good fold good food the customer service is great. It’s very good quality food and the customer service is great and it is really clean. And its family friendly as well.

PROs: No wait time for 2 during the busy dinner rush. Hostess was kind and greeted us. Florencia, our waitress, was friendly & attentive. Chips, salsa and drinks were brought to our table quickly. And our meal was just as quick and tasted great. Plenty of parking. Large establishment. Decor is festive.

Outstanding food. Found this place while passing through town. Plenty of parking for my RV, which is better than anywhere downtown near the bath houses. They have all the standard Mexican choices, but focus on the house specialties for some outstanding dishes. The green salsa is perfect. The food was so good, we ordered an extra meal for both of us and took it on the road for the next day. Get Jose’s shrimp…bacon wrapped cheese drenched shrimp goodness!
