This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had eating out. I was in from out of town, decided to treat myself for my birthday. I had the Famous Pepper Steak Flambe’ and the caprese salad. Both were excellent, the steak was the best steak I have ever tasted, I believe my waiter was the owner. He was so attentive, he chatted with me for a bit, told him I was in town for work but chose to celebrate my birthday. After dinner, both his wife (I believe) and him came and brought me a chocolate cake and wished me a Happy Birthday, complete with a lit candle. I was the last one in the restaurant they never pressured me to leave, just let me enjoy. The owner hugged me as I left. I had tears in my eyes when I walked out. I have never had an experience like this, I felt like family. Thank you both. It was really wonderful!

We actually came here because we didn’t want to wait an hour & a half at Edelweiss. But I was SO GLAD we stayed and gave them a chance. Honestly, as soon as we came through the door and I saw that carpet, I thought, “Ooooooh boy, we may have made a mistake….” Sure- the interior is not as “trendy” as the newer places, and so it’s maybe even a bit dated, but it was clean, well layed-out, and the decorative partitions between tables made it feel more private and very old-school romantic.

Ok, so we went to Joseph’s Fine Dining again this year for our anniversary, and once again…he did not disappoint. I have not been much of a seafood person, love shrimp and recently scallops , but this night folks….I went all out . I had Lobster Bisque for the first time and I’m still salivating over it! I also had Crab Stuffed Chicken Marsela for the first time and it was great! For an appetizer, we had scallops and O….M….G! They were amazing!!! . We also dipped the delicious bread into the sauce from the scallops . My husband had the special, Chilean Sea Bass and it was tender, flakey, absolutely delicious!!! According to Joseph himself, I believe he said 50 chefs did a blind tasting of fish and all of them picked the Chilean Sea Bass as the best . And for dessert, we had the Mile High Chocolate Cake and Wow!!! .

This was probably our favorite dining experience in Colorado Springs. I had the Chilean Sea Bass special (pictured) and he had the Scampi Genovese. Both dishes were spectacular! It had a perfect crunch to the outside from searing and it was almost buttery on the inside. I had the 8th Street cocktail and it was like an elevated margarita. Delicious! Apparently reservations are typically necessary, but we went on a Monday night and it was just us and another couple. It doesn’t get more romantic! Go to this place!

Joseph’s Fine Dining is a hidden gem. The food was phenomenal! And Luis, our server was attentive, fun, and so helpful! If you like seafood, this is the place to go. It is a bit on the pricey side but worth every penny. It’s definitely a must go, especially if you have something to celebrate!

Wonderful time. I wasn’t going there when i left my house, but they were wonderful. The food was delicious. I had the hot spinach salad, then chicken piccata, then a key lime torte and it was all just delicious and perfectly prepared and plated! My compliments all the way around!!

I tried this place based on recommendations. I left after the salad paid my bill in full and to describe this place as fine dining would be absurd. When the owner decided to argue with me was enough for me. The waitresses was very gracious and I left a more than gracious tip but would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Celebrated our anniversary here. Absolutely fantastic from the presentation of the food, taste and the service. Very friendly and attentive staff. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the special of Cajun Louisiana White Trout. We will definitely be returning.
