The food is “tapas” style and the cuisine is diverse and modern.
a lovely setting and super cozy. Gorgeous!
We didn’t have a reservation but got a table around 9PM after a long day of hiking.
Everything we got was delicious!! The portion sizes were decent and were well priced for the quality and attention that had gone into the food.
Our favorite was the yakitori style chicken thighs.
Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Sophisticated flavors in a rustic yet elegant atmosphere. Josephine’s feels like both an authentic Montana experience and a classy European treat. The food is fresh, the flavors are expertly executed, and the staff could not be more professional, warm, and welcoming. We sampled many dishes, and it is clear that each one is crafted with much thought, expertise, and passion. Accompanying many of the dishes is some of the best pita I have ever tasted. This place deserves a Michelin star (or two), and is well worth a visit.

Absolutely amazing teamwork by the ladies working on 9/25. Food was delicious but not enough I needed about three more lamb chops. The huckleberry sour drink I ordered was amazing! Just a good, enjoyable meal with great service. Vibes were somewhat ruined by a group of loud cackling women, but I was finished eating so it is what it is lol.

Best kept secret in Coram (and West Glacier in general). We had an impromptu Valentine’s Dinner here as we were next door in the distillery late afternoon and noticed the restaurant. One of my better meals and experiences in the Glacier area. Highly recommend the lamb chops and Hearts of Palm salad. Everything was fresh and service was awesome! Highly recommend!!

Waited way too long for two mains. Got a tiny piece of salmon, vegetable apparently meant 2 tiny peppers and 3 small potatoes. Charging 32$ for that is just an audacity. In addition, the salmon was overcooked and the whole dish was lacking salt.
On the bright side the restaurant looks really cool and the entre was alright. But not good enough to let me forget about the main course.
The chicken skewers on the neighbors table looked good and were less than half the price I paid for the salmon. Should have gone with them I guess…

We had great family dinner at Josephine’s and new menu is fantastic. Highly recommend lamb chops, meatballs, steak and seafood dish with mussels and clams (order extra bread cuz juice is so good). Cocktails are excellent and I recommend summer fling and bear claw latte. We visit GNP every year and will be back next year for some more. Thank you Ante!

Absolutely amazed by this place! Truly a gem! We loved it so much we came two nights in a row! The lamb chops were seasoned and cooked to perfection, the shrimp skewers so tender and juicy, truffle risotto was so flavorful, roasted peppers with goat cheese, and cheesecake was amazing, and the drinks were unique and phenomenal!
We met the owner and the chef, they are very friendly and you can tell they love what they do and take pride in what they offer! Our waitress was wonderful as well. From the moment we walked in we felt happy, lol, Creedence Clearwater was playing, great music. The atmosphere is laid back and charming.
We have lived here our entire lives and haven’t experienced such wonderful food in our area such as this. So glad we chose to dine here, it’s our new favorite date night restaurant!

We rented out Josephine’s Speakeasy for our wedding weekend welcome party, and it was the perfect spot! From the very beginning, the communication was swift, professional, and personable and we had literally not a single issue throughout the entire process. The bar package was great, we were able in our own catering, and the exterior/interior space was perfect for our 70 guests. Private from the distillary but with all the distillary’s spirits, we couldn’t have picked a better spot! Ample parking was another benefit, along with the ability to have kiddos on the premises, which was helpful for the many young parents in attendance who wanted to have some great drinks and enjoy the celebration. Thank you Josephine’s for the great kickoff to our wedding weekend in West Glacier!

In a sea of restaurants in this area that all serve pretty much the same bland Americana, this place is a shining beacon of hope for diners here. Absolutely incredible food. It was so good you will have to excuse our half eaten plates in the photo I should have taken one when it first came out but it was too good. We had 4 dishes and every single one of them was executed perfectly. The gluten free options don’t leave you hanging either! They make a gluten free crostini that came with the mussels and it is divine! It’s kind of euro style the dishes come out as the chef prepares them, so sharing is the way to go. We were so well taken care of. The staff is lovely. It’s a beautiful spot. We are so fortunate to have this out here in the Canyon, thank you.

For our first dinner, we got the lamb chops, roasted bell peppers and fettuccine bolognese. They were all very delicious along with our summer sling cocktail (with passionfruit) and a fresh IPA. The next day, we came back to try the shrimp skewers, hearts of palm (a refreshing salad), and their special of the day – the trout, with some potatoes. Everything was exquisite as we polished off all plates. We had the Josephine’s Mule and a Golden Fashioned cocktails, and moved to the couch area to enjoy the rest of our evening. Everything at Josephine’s was what we look for in a restaurant – amazing food, delicious cocktails, and friendly staff. Thank you, Josephine’s for two memorable meals on our short vacation here!
