This was our third time visiting Josefina’s! We love the staff, the food & atmosphere! Complimentary margaritas while there’re waiting on their liquor license. Previously I’ve had the beef fajitas which were great. This date I had the beef/chicken/veggie soup due to the extreme weather My wife had the chicken tacos which she liked also. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was excellent also.

Tried this place for lunch and liked a lot had to take my wife for dinner a few days later. Really good. Chips and salsa are really good. Thick chips with a green and a red sauce . Both are good.
I had chilaquiles one day for lunch and shared fajitas with my wife for dinner along with an appetizer. Both were very good.
Tender fajitas with a good setup.
Brought both corn and flour.
Not sure if it still that way but they are waiting on their liquor licensee so the night we went they’re giving free margaritas. Little strong for us but we are light weights
At dinner they have a musician playing the guitar and singing. This person was really good singing all kinds of American and Spanish music. He was also at a decent sound level such it did not annoy or hurt your ears and was right for the place.
Restrooms are clean. Always have to check.
We will definitely go back.

You have to visit to understand the level of detail in every dish and the tastefulness of the mixing all ingredients. Accompanied or alone here you can enjoy mom’s food and a good atmosphere.

We were so impressed by the decor and it was immaculate! Our server greeted us right away and even sat us away from the door on the very cold day. I ordered Dia’s soup and it was delicious. The server was knowledgeable and attentive! The Mango margarita was super yummy, too

Great spot for Tex-Mex! Food was great, a little pricey, but honestly worth it as the food was very high quality. We had veggie crepes, carne asada, and beef tacos and enjoyed all of it! Service was great and they have a nice outdoor seating area. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend was the queso as it wasn’t your typical style.

They have only been opened for close to 2 weeks and weve come in twice.
We have tried their Mole Flautas which was part of their appetizer selection. This was just the flautas covered with mole sauce, crema, cheese and avocado. In the center of the plate it had a small bowl of mole to dip your faultas if you wanted more sauce on the flautas (yes, please).
The mole enchiladas consisted of three chicken and grilled onion enchiladas prepared with flour tortillas. The use of flour tortillas provides a distinct, non-traditional take on the classic enchilada.
As a started, the complimentary chips and two accompanying salsas were notably excellent. The green salsa featured a desirable creamy, avocado-forward flavor profile, while the red salsa offered greater heat balanced by a discernible hint of lime.
Overall, the dining experience, encompassing both the service and the cuisine, was highly satisfactory. So go try their food specifically their mole!

We found this place at it’s Soft Opening in December 2025. What a treat. It’s authentic Mexican food with a flair. I had the mole, and it is delicious. My husband had steak and chicken tacos, and they also were delicious. I would pick the chicken if I had to choose, but you could do both.
The margs are the real treat. They muddle sugar and lime and use fresh juice rather than syrup. Yummy! And last but not least, the 4 Leche cake is decadently good. You will leave happy! Great family experience with my granddaughter and the whole gang.

I brought my family for Sunday Brunch and glad we did. Everyone was happy with what they ordered and the food was great. Very flavorful and good portion sizes. It’s not your typical Tex Mex, more of an elevated Mexican menu with a nice, creative, twist. Complimentary chips and salsa were fantastic – served with a spicy salsa as well as a creamy guacamole cilantro style. Servers were very pleasant and responsive. The prices were also very fair. I used to go to the previous restaurant, Apollonia’s, and they’ve definitely improved on decor and it has a nice atmosphere. The owner/chef came out and introduced himself and was super nice. Some of the dishes came out a little slow, but I’ll chalk that up to it being newly opened. Overall, a great staff, good food, and the kind of place I like to have in my neighborhood. Will definitely be going back soon and look forward to trying more of the dishes.
