Jose Tequilas is right off the beach and has your staple Queso Dip that the kids always devour. I had the Spinach and Chicken Enchiladas. They were quite tasty and filling. I’m not a drinker but they definitely had a lot of options for Mixed drinks. The atmosphere was a little plain but they seem to be working on it yet. I’m happy if my food is hot , tasty and doesn’t take too long to prepare. There was a credit card charge for processing , which is always annoying but we did have a bill of around 110.00 for 5 people so at least it was more affordable than most restaurants on the beach. You can wander on down or stumble on down, depending on your day, for a quick, filling and affordable meal.

I never write reviews, but I had to for this place. We came to Sandbridge for spring break and ate here twice. The food was very good and came out quickly, but the service was top notch. They are so attentive and you are never looking around for someone if you need anything. They kindly brought my daughters out ice cream cones after our lunch visit. Everyone was just so nice and I would recommended this place to anyone! Thank you!

After not coming to Sandbridge for 4 years , we finally came back and were overjoyed to discover that a New Mexican restaurant had actually opened right at the beach. Encouraged by the rave reviews, I, my wife, 4 kids, and my wife’s parents went there for dinner. Believe the hype: we all agreed it was the best Mexican food and restaurant experience we’d ever had. Incredible friendly service and outstanding food. Flavor was excellent and the presentation was a work of art. This food is almost too pretty to eat. My wife and mother in law got different taco entrees and loved them. I got the Cowboy Burrito which was also incredible. The whole roasted jalapeño pepper on top was a nice touch. Frozen margaritas were massive and delicious as well. I could go on and on but will stop there and say we have a new favorite place to eat when we vacation in Virginia Beach. We will be back as soon as possible.

This restaurant was efficient, friendly and tasty. The portions were a good size too, which is good. It is a touch on the pricey side, though most things are on the beach. They do have more affordable meals too, though, like some vegetarian options are just $14.

First time trying this place out. It’s tucked in between two hotels at the lower end of Sandbridge beach. Parking can be a bit tight. Overall the food was good. Had a good real food taste to it not fast food. We got to go and they were quick with having it ready. Would definitely eat here again to try out more of the menu. Portion size is very big!

We are here the other night and we had the best experience! Food was amazing, everyone that waited on us was amazing, drinks and food were 10/10!! We’re here for vacation and wish we could come back to weekly! Definitely a must if you love Mexican and are staying at Sandbridge.
