Service is great! Waitress is well deserving of a raise. She made sure we had everything we needed. Never had to ask for a refill on waters or napkins as needed.

Went here with my wife and infant. The staff, atmosphere, and food were top notch. I read other reviews before coming in and the only negative I saw was that it was a little pricey. In my opinion, nowadays in WA nothing is cheap and you get what you pay for. This joint was worth every penny. Bernie our chef killed it, as well as our servers Elizabeth and Merrari, great attitude and service all around. We had bean dip, The Clooney marg, vitamin C marg, pina colada, the Molcajete, and tortilla soup. (which my wife says was even better than the one she makes at home) If you’re in the Vancouver area I suggest stopping in to have a drink and a bite to eat, you won’t be sorry.

I honestly don’t know why it took us so long to try this restaurant! Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly employees with lively music playing. Seating was very quick, no wait at all. I must say our server was engaging and quite attentive. We took our time eating and enjoying the atmosphere and he repeatedly made sure we were doing well. Happy hour has decent options comparatively speaking for these days. There were good on-tap beer options and the margaritas are so tasty. If you like spicier salsa, ask for the hotter version with habaneros. The drinks are generously sized. Oh my goodness, I have had different preparations of calamari in different states and overseas, and never have I had it prepared the way it is at Jorge’s Margarita Factory. We thoroughly enjoyed it cooked with peppers and onions, it’s delicious! What I loved is the main entree plates are served really hot (you have to be careful) as it keeps your food warm which I like. There is ample seating on both sides of the restaurant which is large. The bar area with seating too is in the center and on both sides are dining areas. If you’re celebrating a birthday, you will receive a well sung, festive birthday song. The atmosphere is fun, the food is quite tasty, staff are welcoming and friendly and soon there will be outdoor seating which I can’t wait for! We will definitely return here.

Update 6 months later: we’ve been back multiple times and the rating doesn’t change. It’s often nearly full for good reasons! This latest time we had the steak and shrimp fajitas and the cast iron nachos and both were excellent!
Alberto and the entire staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped inside the door. We couldn’t help but look at the food at other tables around us because everything looked so delicious so it was hard to choose from the great menu of upscaled scratch Mexican cooking options. We both went with the street tacos and all four choices were superb: Al Pastor, Chicken, Beef, and Carnitas. Definitely get the guacamole with your chips! Best we’ve ever had and we’ll definitely be back!

Made reservations for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Service took forever, had to ask the waitress 4 or 5 times for a single refill, asked for mild salsa and she told us no. We asked for beans for the chips 3 times and then when she brought it (after we got our food) she made a snotty remark about doing us a favor and not charging for the beans. All night service was slow and we kept having help ourselves. 3 of us didn’t have silverware for almost 10 min after we got our food before we got up and got out ourselves. We were a party of 8 including 1 child. We were not told anything about an automatic gratuity. Which would have been fine if we had service that warrants a decent tip, on top of that we brought a cake in and was charged a dessert tax as well per person. When I asked if we could bring in our own cake we should have been told about it. I also asked when I made the reservation about if anything was done for birthdays. I was told either Ice cream or a shot. When we asked for the shot after we were done eating the waitress snapped and said we don’t give that till the end. We asked to buy one then and she never brought it. We had to wait til the end to get the shot.
It was just horrible for a birthday.

Family Gathering, plenty of space for all of us. I was disappointed that the salsa was too hot for me to enjoy and the only alternative was bland pico de gallo. Everyone’s food was enjoyed. Big portions! One person said their burrito was the best burrito they ever had. Service was great. The price was high for lunch (no lunch menu), but average for dinner. Very modern atmosphere black and white colors. Would recommend.
