First time here chicken was great! Crispy, good flavor and not dry at all. First time trying palabok would definitely try I again. Service was great quick and order came out exactly how we order. Staff was great. Highly recommended the mango pies.

On the downside no utensils were provided with meal, side dishes are too small, the plastic carry out bags do not support the weight of the food..I think paper bag would hold better. The pineapple quencher tastes really good but only comes in one size (small). People usually order bucket meals to feed a few people or small family. So to split 2 small drinks w/ very small sides between 4 people is absolutely absurd. The price for this 10 piece bucket meal w/ 3 sides & I added on the 2 pineapple quenchers was a total of $43 & some change. Food tastes ok…I give 3.5 star for food quality & pricing. Don’t believe I’ll be going back.

Jollibee is so nostalgic for me !!! In reality it really is the best fried chicken compared to all the other chicken places. The chicken is always crisp , juicy in the inside , and the gravy is to die for ! It really makes everything taste phenomenal ! Their adobo rice is good . Don’t forget the mango peach pies . They are heavenly . Everything about them is perfect . The mango & peach filling is so fruity and light and the crispy flaky exterior of the pie is so satisfying but the inside of it is soft and gooey. Love this place . I heard they don’t sell halo halo anymore which is a bummer !

Straight up pricing wise they are still a bit high but they’ll occasionally have specials and such.
Chicken was a good spicy and the combo with gravy is worth the try.

horrible service over the phone, had issues with my order and the woman dismissed me several times like she wanted the call to end quickly. also don’t even bother getting in contact through the jollibee website, they won’t give you a response. never got a resolution and it’s been a month for somethind so simple. besides that, i’ve been here 4-5 times in the past and the food is mediocre. always room temperature and taste like it’s been sitting out. the milpitas location is far better

Aaay listen, this food is helluv grubbing and my heart wants to rate this higher than three stars, but in reality it only deserves three stars. The Filipino spaghetti is yummy as well as the fried chicken. But the quality is not super high. Face it, it’s fast food. I will say the fried chicken sandwich is above average. And their fried chicken gravy is damn good. Hamburgers are so so. If you buy just chicken, the service is very fast. But other cooked items take a little bit of time to make.

First time trying Jollibee. The fried chicken was super crispy and juicy. Jollibee is becoming one of my favorite fast-food spots. Waited for 30 minutes that day, maybe because of the Super Bowl, but the staff were really nice. The Palabok and spaghetti were delicious too.

My mom was craving jollibee the day before her surgery. This location gets busy & they forgot our order. They quickly made it after I went to the register to check on it. It’s fast food & tastes decent. Definitely not as good as when you get it in Asia, but I’m sure my mom enjoyed the comfort food. They have a jollibee app now to get reward points. Love their peach mango pie. I like their spaghetti & their burgers are decent too.

Jollibee is my go-to place when I’m craving fried chicken and Filipino spaghetti. The chicken is always consistently crispy without being drenched in grease like KFC. I especially LOVE dipping the chicken in their gravy. The spaghetti is definitely my favorite with its perfectly sweet and savory sauce. The peach mango pie is also one of the best that you can’t get anywhere else!
