Ordered 1:28pm (please see attached photo for reference) on a Sunday afternoon it is almost 30mins waiting my order still not prepared and not ready. This is fast food. However, based on my observation they do prioritized DRIVE THRU than Take outs and Dine in orders. People around are mad on waiting. They should changed it.

The love I never knew existed for jollibee is too much. First time finally trying it and I totally get the hype. I tend to try only items that I know I would like and have yet to taste the rest of the menu. However, it will now be a visit I’ll make any and every time I visit a city that has one. The service was great for this specific location in California. The atmosphere was overall great with the place being family oriented. There were a few concerns but no major issues and it could’ve been and its personal opinions. 10/10 would recommend and will try again.

UBE is so pretty to look at and so tasty to the empty tummy that it satisfies the hunger spots and helps the tummy feel good. The food presentation is so cute and fun to look at. The chicken and the bucket is so artistic that the crunchy texture of the fried chicken looked like their drawings and the fried crunchy breaded chicken tasted so good with their dipping sauce. The side dishes of spaghetti tasted so good and it sure tasted like the classic sweet pepperoni pizza. The side plate of Salisbury mushrooms and gravy over fluffy white rice was a perfect combo with the fried chicken tenders. The Jollibee French Fries tasted super good, because the fries are the perfect shoe laces cut potato fries that are soft mashed potatoes inside and super crunchy outside. And, that potato fries goes well with the variety of chicken sandwiches and especially, with the sweet pineapple Aloha chicken sandwiches with bacon. That is excellent with the crunchy sweet purple UBE flavor pies and the golden orange PEACHES MANGO pies that are so delicious to munch and eat with PINEAPPLE fruit juices and MILK. Dining in is also lucky to see the Jollibee cartoon painting on the wall, to see the Jollibee dance words, and the designer decorations. The automobile car drive thru makes the picking up food experience a fun breeze experience.

They look so busy and there is a lot of customers in line. I think they need more staff in this store. We waited not too long eventhough they said to wait for 45mins for the chicken. i love my jolly spaghetti 9/10, the chicken joy is not the same taste as in the philippines but what can i say its still Jollibee and filipinos will still eat it no matter what kudos to the staffs who are working so hard.

We didn’t dine in. We ordered the chicken joy with spaghetti, 3 piece chicken with two sides (mash potatoes and fries) and chicken sandwich. The meals came with a drink so we got the pineapple juice. We also got mango-peach pies. The juice tasted so fresh, the chicken was crispy and the spaghetti was nice and hot. The mango-peach pie was crisp on the outside and ooowie gooey hot inside (so good)!
The lines were long outside and inside. But, I was surprised how fast we got our food. We took our food to go and everything still tasted so good. The parking lot is a bit crowded. The service was fast and friendly.

Service is great. Food is amazing. Clean dining room and happy red bee at the front. Confused as to how this place got a low rating because it’s definitely deserving of a higher rating. Only gripe is a 2pc + palabok with no drink or peach mango pie cost me $15! That’s not their fault though inflation catching up to Jollibee too I guess.

Customer service in this specific Jollibee location sucks. For Drive Thru orders, they make you wait at least 30 minutes in the parking lot. Closing time says 9pm but based on our experience – more than once, sometimes by 8pm they would say they’re already closed. They refuse to take orders over the phone for pick up. They are always out of the spicy chicken saying they are not able to make some more even if it’s only 6pm. If you try to order at Uber Eats or DoorDash – this store cancels your order even if it’s only 8pm saying they are already closed even if they aren’t. Service could do better. Jollibee Concord (food taste and service) is so much better. If you don’t mind driving to Concord, do it. Don’t go to this Brentwood location.

This place is a scam. I ordered a 6 pcs chicken bucket and asked for all legs. The lady said she needed to ask the manager, but later replied, “OK.” When I received the chicken I found out they weren’t all legs; they were still mixed! So, I went back. The staff said they could only do half all legs, but I told the African staff that their manager had said OK, which is why I ordered it. He said he could change it. Don’t waste your time in this scam place!
