On the evening of the 26th, around 10 PM after get off work, I went to Jollibee and ordered some food to take home. My whole family got diarrhea after eating it. Their chicken nuggets looked disgusting, and the purple sweet potato pie tasted sour. The next day, I went to the store to find the manager, a woman in a yellow shirt and microphone. She was very rude. She asked why I hadn’t called to report the problem that night, and why I only came the next day. I didn‘t receive the food until after 10 PM, and by the time I got home and ate it, it was past 11 PM. They were already closed, so how could I call to report the problem? She also said the food issue wasn’t their responsibility and told me to contact their supplier. I rarely give bad reviews, but this manager‘s attitude was so terrible that I had to give her a bad review!

This was my first time ordering from Jollibee. I was super excited to try it just because a coworker was raving about how good the fried chicken was. I ordered the 2 piece combo spicy with the typical mash potatoe, and coleslaw. The chicken wasn’t even spicy or juicy, and the mashed potatoes with gravy was cold. The service was super friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Maybe it was their off day but, I probably wouldn’t go back. I was really hoping to like this establishment.

It’s been on my wishlist to try Jollibee so what’s the first thing we do after getting off our flight from Charlotte to Vegas? Yep.
The fried chicken and fries were super good. The chicken sandwich was OK. The spaghetti joy is FUN as is the ube pie. The pie tasted like it might have been fried in older oil, but I still enjoyed it with my pretty sweet lychee tea.
Unfortunately, the fountain drinks are Pepsi. Hope to get a chance to visit again! Would love one in NC, we have an Asian food hall!
Also the napkins – yo – get some better napkins LOL

Heads up they lock the doors at 10:30, but the drive through stays open till close 11pm. Didnt know, ate inside it was 10:30pm, people were outside trying to get in, so I helped people in. A sweet lady worker told me kindly, not to do that they closed doors at 10:30pm.

We were surprised to find a Jollibee on our weekend trip Vegas. We had been wanting to try one for a long time. It lives up to the hype! We didn’t get a good variety of the menu because we had just eaten previously but we did get to try the fried chicken and gravy. So good! The chicken batter is nice and crispy. Food was piping hot. The chicken was all very juicy and tasty. We got a mix of spicy and original. Both very nice. The gravy was a savory addition and definitely made the chicken even taste better. The kids wanted to get some to go for later even though they weren’t hungry after their meals. Definitely worth the visit. Come try it if you haven’t!
