The people were nice but this air service is absolute crap. It doesn’t tell the people exactly what to do or what we want. Asked for gravy on the side, it gave a dirty rice, asked for half and half sweet tea, got a full sweet. Bojangles has fallen hard from what it was and I don’t know if it’s the ai messing up the workers and order or the workers but the workers were at least nice. The mashed potatoes weren’t fully mixed and had clumps and chicken is soggy.

Service is fast. The woman at the window @ 11:27 on Saturday on 7/19/2025 needs not to speak to customers especially paying customers. Speedy removal from customer access. Rude. I asked her to tell me what I ordered and then had to say what I’m paying for and she said it so fast. Very unprofessional!

Miss Canika, took my order at 12-noon on a Wednesday and got the cooks to COOK me a Fresh Steak Biscuit with some Fresh Fries !!!
She was very Cheerful & Pleasant to work with considering all the chaos going on from in-person orders- DoorDash pickups – and other online orders.
But she was Handling it all very well.

Drive through Black Lady was very rude. She said she didnt have time to add a piece to our order she was short staffed and we would have to go through long line again. She dont have time. Rude Rude Not good customer friendly.

Very disappointed with the service I received. Every visit to this bojangles as been unpleasant. The staff is extremely unprofessional. My order is constantly wrong. Today I ordered a large size supreme meal, extra season. Instead I got a regular with no season.
I also ordered two biscuits on the side, was charged for the two biscuits and only received one.
When I went in to fix my ordered they handed me season in an empty fry pouch. The size of my supremes is laughable.

I typically go to this location due to it being close to my work but today I was very disappointed. Went at 1245 was being rushed i asked for bo size didnt get that I asked for seasoned fries then extra seasoning on the side i got the extra seasoning on the side after i checked my bag before driving off and not seeing it in my bag so i had to ask for it but my fries themselves werent seasoned at all either. they were very short and rude at the drive thru

It is disheartening to find myself in a position where I must request a military discount, only to overhear a manager questioning the rationale behind providing such a discount. This response not only undermines the sacrifices made by service members but also reflects a lack of understanding of the significance of supporting those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedoms. Military discounts serve as a gesture of appreciation and recognition for the challenges faced by veterans and active-duty personnel, and it is crucial for businesses to acknowledge and honor this commitment to service. And my order was incorrect. This solider will not be eating that location anymore.

In my recent dining experience, I encountered several concerning issues that detracted from my overall satisfaction. Unfortunately, when I sought to discuss this matter with the manager, I was informed that they were unavailable due to being occupied with other tasks. The atmosphere of the establishment was rather unpleasant, as I observed employees engaging in conversations filled with complaints instead of attending to customers in need of assistance. Regrettably, the service was slow, causing frustration and impeding the enjoyment of the dining experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Overall, my visit was marred by these negative factors, and I hope that steps are taken to address these issues in the future.

Foods okay it’s usually pretty good.
But that’s not the problem the problem is they have homeless people coming up to you constantly harassing you and you don’t feel safe.
What is the company like this they’re probably not going to do nothing about it.
