Jolibee I love you but what’s going on? The chicken has a smell to it and it was chewy.. this was so disappointing. The staff are nice and service is good. However, the food for the second time I’ve had it this week was mediocre. All this chicken gone to waste.. couldn’t eat it.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch grab all because I didn’t know they served burgers so I was curious to see how they were. Burgers are highly recommended. Got an order of chicken and fries as well. Maybe because it was take out and I live about 10 mins away the chicken wasn’t warm and the fries were a little soggy. It’s really always best to dine in so I won’t fault the food. Burgers again, definitely a must have. I got a desert pie (forgot what it was called) but was definitely flavorful.

First time trying Jollibee and I really enjoyed it. The chicken is crispy and flavorful. Their KBBQ chicken was delicious and tender with a spicy kick. If you’re looking for something to quench your thirst, look no further than the pineapple quencher. It’s tasty and refreshing. The peach mango pie was the perfect balance of both flavors coming together for a delicious treat. The only downside is that I didn’t get to try any of the other specialty drinks or teas, as they were unavailable at my location. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean.

A 5 star rating is not given to this specific experience. I will explain if you keep reading. The atmosphere was given a 3 out of 5 stars only because the restroom was in bad repair. The commode was leaking water all over the floor at the base mounting due to it being not securely mounted and sealed. The wax gasket seal where the toilet mounts onto the round drain hole on the floor just in front of the wall should be replaced, and the securing bolts tightened. I don’t like water all over the floor that came from toilet flushings! This can cause a severe odor problem if not addressed. Now about the food. The macaroni and cheese tasted good, but was too dry from being baked. I prefer creamy macaroni from the stove top, like the macaroni at Chick-fil-A. The spaghetti was also good, though I was not expecting a hint of barbecue sauce flavor to the tomato sauce, AND THEY PUT VERY LITTLE SAUCE ON THE SPAGHETTI!!!! THE chicken strips, or tenders, had some hard spots in the meat, and a small piece of bone, making them almost as bad as Raising Cane’s. The brown gravy that came with the strips was good, and their French fries were good, though I wish they did not cook them in Soybean oil. The Jollibee biscuits were tasty, and far better than other competitors biscuits, that are often hard, dry, and have very little flavor. I wish they had Coke products, not Pepsi. There was no Dr. Pepper, which I did not appreciate. Pepsi beverages are awful in my opinion. Pepsi COLA, regular, tastes like fake sweeteners and other ingredients are added for a strange cola flavor profile. If you get Pepsi from Mexico, for example, you get to experience how it used to be in the United States long ago from the original recipe. Signing up for a contract with Pepsi restricts the customer from having any Dr. Pepper / 7-Up products, if you choose the ALL PEPSI BEVERAGES OPTION, which gives you (as the buisiness owner) incentive, including lower drink cost and maybe unlimited service support. No, this is not a shady, dirty, or unethical buisiness practice, but I disagree with it. The Coca Cola Company also has an incentive like the one I just mentioned. There is a reason why other restaurant chains such as Chuck-E-Cheeses and Taco Cabana, for example, have changed over to Pepsi from Coke. THE MAIN REASON IS PEPSI COSTS LESS. Some restaurant chains that are from the Northern United States have Pepsi since that’s what is popular in many northern states. On the other hand, some restaurant chains that are based in the Southern United States, like Burger King, have Coca Cola brand beverages. I Would be glad to come back to Jollibee, but will have a Yumburger next time.

Ummm this was my first time visiting. Place was clean. But my spaghetti was cold and the fries was not hot either. The chicken was tolerable but could’ve been hotter. No Mac and cheese and I asked for spicy chicken but it was a 30 minutes wait. So I went with regular. Chicken was crispy and good.I’m going to try here again another day and hopefully things are better. Not a good experience this time around. I went on a Sunday evening around 730

We love Jollibee! Has all of the Filipino fast food favorites! This location was clean and the service was quick. Food was served hot and fresh. Coleslaw, French fries, and Jolli Spaghetti are our favorite sides. The chicken was steamy hot, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Served with hot brown gravy, it’s the best fried chicken!

We order here last night
For to go around 9:10pm friday I ordered a burger but there was no mayo just meat and bread I also ordered Korean BBQ chicken but they didn’t put it in the bag.. I only realized it when I was in Austin. In my opinion the staff in the kitchen are not serious about their work they need more training and discipline the same goes for the staff in the front as if they don’t care they don’t even double check everything. They don’t communicate with each other and the manager should also tighten their standards as if the staff in the kitchen are just playing they need to show the true standard of filipino jollibee i hope the management see this

We have eaten at Jollibees all over. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the Jollibee at Fondren and Greenville in Dallas. Immediately we noticed that the restaurant was dirty. The trashcans were overflowing. The tables were dirty and there was food scraps on the floor.
The food didn’t fare much better.
We ordered Palabok, chicken joy, and Korean chicken joy with rice. We also got 2 pineapple quenchers. The pineapple drinks tasted like they were from a dispenser. Very chemical in flavor. We’ve had this at several over Jollibees and they are usually great. So this was a disappointment. The rice was overcooked and hard. The palabok was ok, the flavor was a bit off. Hard to describe beyond that. The chicken joy was good, as was the Korean chicken joy. The staff was ok, perhaps a bit unenthused, but this is a fast food restaurant so we don’t expect a great deal. Overall I’d give this place a miss. Especially if this is not your first experience with a Jollibee, it will leave you feeling a bit flat.

I have not eaten for a while at Jollibee and I noticed that food taste different. The chickenjoy tasted so floury, dry and not the way I remember it tasting like. Pineapple quencher tasted good, just too sweet as always, not for diabetics. Yumburgers, as per my husband did not taste as good as those he ate in the Philippines from Aug-Oct 2025. The Angus buger deluxe is not all that, just another burger with lettuce and whatever else was in it. The WORST for me was that korean whatever chicken bbq. The sauce was so bad, I thought if Koreans eat this kind of food, I wonder what kind of palate they have. And why add this to the menu?! The staff/crew and ambiance were ok, seemed patient enough and helpful while waiting for me to decide on my orders.
Price was ok, I availed the spend $45 and get $10 off promo for signing up in the app.

I love Jollibee down. I ordered the chicken tender 3 pc meal, with fries, and an ube pie with a pineapple drink (the ube pie is perfection and that pineapple drink is so good). Delicious, no notes on seasoning or anything of that matter. BUT, these tenders were small as heck!! I’m a person with a small appetite, but someone who isn’t will find this insulting. The chicken tender portions look nothing like what’s advertised on the menu screen. These tenders I got looked like nuggets. That’s my only complaint.
