Large order of 7 breakfast burritos, everything correct and prepared normally. Dana (front desk) was pleasant, with standard customer service. Maybe anecdotal, but this was as good a Blake’s run as any, especially for seven different items.

3 weeks back l ordered a Blake’s breakfast burrito at the 2004 St. Michales location in Santa Fe. that had melted plastic in the burrito itself that l ended up swallowing some of. l brought it to the attention of both corporate and the store manager. They said they would make good on it and never did. Today l went back to try them again ordering a New Mexican style burger. The meat was dry as if having sat in a pan for hours not even close to being fresh. I also ordered two carne adovado burritos looking nothing like the couter picture that l returned. I have always had good experiences at the others with exception of this one. The employees are not helpful especially a front cashier name DANA having a terrible attitude and an assistant manager who’s no better. The food quality and prep is so much better at the other locations. I would advise everyone to boycott the 2004 St. Michael’s location at all costs until they get their act together. Not a location l would recommend to anyone. I tried reaching out to corporate first leaving messages without a response before this post. Nothing like the old days when people cared.

burger good. very slow service…mebbe because we were eating in and they prioritize the drive thru. my fries were cold. they charged for 2 drinks but we only ordered one. unless lotaburger charges for water. SO, good burger, slow dervice, overcharged. worth trying once for the good green chile burger skip the fries and you maybe need to not eat in. One visit, but no more than that.

Beautiful Burger, looks 10/10, taste, bland, only got about a Tablespoon of green chili, it was dry, better than soggy, yes, the meat was also dry. I should’ve went to El Parasol for their green chili cheeseburger. I actually went for the burrito but they stop serving at them 11am. My favorite burritos are from Blakes

Most recent visit:
The good news is they finally have a drive-through. They demolished the old place & and built a new one. I have been twice, and my order was messed up both times. They upcharge for extras and don’t put them in there.A drink machine was out of order. I called 4 times to report it and they never answered the phone.
Prior visit: I have two friends who think this is the best location. That was not my experience today. It was just ok because the burger meat was a tad dry, and the bottom bun was hard. I also would have preferred the fries to be more crisp. The upside to this location is that i hear they consistently have bacon, and not all locations do. The soda from the fountain was perfect. The staff were very friendly and fast. The literal location, parking lot, paving, painting- basically the look and vibe of this location is extremely poor and depressing.

This was my first time to Lotaburger and I was pretty skeptical.
I’m glad I was proven wrong!
I got the New Mexico special burger and it was perfect. Two flavorful patties and a little bit of chile on top to provide a nice kick.

Nice staff. My breakfast burrito had potatoes that were not fully cooked, not raw but almost. Hash browns should be browned and crispy. The red chile was thin, weak and hardly there. I know everything is more expensive but cutting back on the chile is a bad idea. I’m about done with giving you all chances. I’ve been patronizing Lotaburger for 60 years. This a becoming a common thing not a once in a while thing. I’m truly disappointed.

Very rude managers. Got our order wrong twice then laughed and made it awkward. Please dont complain to one another about us and think i didnt understand what you were saying among your buddies in spanish. Thats is unacceptable. Waited 20 more minutes then they called the order and it was old and messy and the girl with the braid just laughed to her friend and called our name wrong.. Will dispute with card and make a corporate complaint. My husband was able to get the brief interaction recorded.

We came from out of town, and was told about Blake’s Lotaburger. We got their breakfast burritos and their chilli bowl. I have never had hash brown in my burrito before, and it turned out pretty good. The burrito was big and filling. People normally order for pickup. However, there are plenty of space in front of the window inside the restaurant, or outside to sit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at here. I would like to come back in the future.

Terrible staff. She did not explain the New Mexico style came with mustard nor did it say it on the menu. I got my burgers saw there was mustard asked them to remake it they said it was too late and I had to pay again. So $40 later and garbage burgers. I used to love this place what a shame.
