Everyone was very friendly .They have a new cook helping ,younger girl & the food was fabulous !!! if you are in the lil village of vermontville stop in and have breakfast you wont regret it . Service fast ,friendly, and great food all the other guest were friendly too. just cant say enough good things very clean & the price was reasonable

What a wonderful surprise!! I picked JoLei’s solely because it was the closest place to my daughter’s pole vault camp with the best reviews. Walking in, it looked like your typical small town diner, but the food was so much more! The French dip sandwich had big chunks of shredded beef (no sliced lunch meat here!) and the most flavorful au jus. The fries were hot, crispy and seasoned just right. My dad’s fried chicken had a delightfully light and crispy coating. My Omelet came with hash browns just like I like them – perfectly crispy. If you’re looking for a place to grab a good lunch, you found it!

JoLei ‘s Diner gets a blue ribbon for their fries ! Calm and comfortable..decorated in cute updated barnyard animal decor. Instant service : before even seated, we were asked for our beverage choice. Washroom was nice and clean. Yeaay!

1st time visiting and definitely be back, homemade breakfast gravy and biscuit was delicious and , and the added little specialty gifts were so cute and awesome got a couple stocking staffers. Staff and owner were very welcoming and friendly!!

We stopped in as we were just passing through town and it was the best choice we could have made. The environment is cozy, the food was fresh and tasted excellent. I had the brunch burger and every component was flawless, as were the chips that came as a side. My girlfriend chose the reuben (which is a go-to at any restaurant for her) and she said it was the best corned beef she’s ever had on a reuben. We will definitely be coming back and recommend that if you have an opportunity to eat here that you give it a shot.

First time actually visiting Vermontville so decided to stop in for a bite to eat. Pleasant small town diner with a nice relaxing feel. Was greeted promptly with a friendly smile! I chose to have breakfast for lunch and it was very good! Would highly recommend this diner when in the area!

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch on Saturday. Never been before and weren’t sure what to expect; it’s quite small, but clean and cute inside. We both ordered burgers (his with fries) and an order of onion rings to split. 10/10. Everything was so good. I had no idea they did homemade chips, which were excellent. The onion rings were battered, not breaded. Burgers were big and juicy, fries were crisp and delicious, and everything came out hot. It was about $20 out the door for everything, which was very reasonable. My only complaint was it was a little slow. Took about 35 minutes to get our food, but it was Vermontville Day so I’m assuming the cook was busy doing things for that.
