I was very skeptical coming because of the reviews. Accurately I can say from other reviews it is pretty expensive, but when you go with the right crowd and have the right Christmas spirit, it’s worth it. We had a group of six and with drinks, flight, and food… we paid $260. Which is $40/person.
The photo ops are so fun! The food was actually very good (it’s Chicago- so expect to pay big bucks for experience not just food).
Foods we ordered:
1. the onion ring tower 9/10 (the sauces that come with it are amazing)
2. The nachos 9/10 (the brisket is sauced and flavorful)
3. The Smashburger & double burger 9/10
And the waffle fries are so yummy!!!
Lastly, you have 90 minutes to eat or eat and do the activities! But when our 90 minutes were up, we didn’t feel rushed! I’m grateful for the experience because it could’ve gone a different way based on other people’s experiences.

Food: we had a burger and the order of 3 hotdogs. Both were good !
Atmosphere: we ate outside under the Christmas lights ( yes there are heaters to keep you toasty)
Waiter: our waiter was Bruno ! He was engaging, fun, kept in touch WITHOUT being annoying. No rushing – relaxed evening.
Drinks : my lovely bride had a delicious Carmel/Coffee drink,( Crazy,Sexy,Cool) I had a Mescal Negroni that I gave to say was perfectly blended. (Kudos to the bartender!)
Over all we had a very nice time

Not bad. It’s over the top shakes, that’s why you are here. We also had brunch and i would describe the food as “vaguely warm”. Hash browns undercooked. But the shakes are, yes, good and can be spiked with the hooch of your choice. Nice outdoor covered heated area for the holidays, all decorated.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, but what truly made the night stand out was the service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. They were knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount—never rushed, never forgotten.
The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and everything came out perfectly timed. You can really tell this place takes pride in both their food and their service. This was one of those meals that makes you immediately start planning your next visit.

First time here. We came on a Wednesday night in December, and it wasn’t busy at all. You enter on the tent side of the building and get the choice to sit in the tent or inside. We sat inside and got waited on quickly. Our shakes were fine and service was OK. My only complaint, and I think should be noted somewhere on the table, is that you have to pay on their code, and you have to pay their fee for it. Parking available on the side of the road.

My family and I ate here for Christmas. The atmosphere was nice , the burger was ok. However, the salted caramel hot chocolate looked pretty but didn’t taste good to me. My kids loved the double chocolate hot chocolate.

Came for the winter wonderland set up outside in the tent. What a fun night with the family and friends. Milkshakes are to die for. So many great options! Make sure you look at the Christmas drink specials!

Super cute idea – the Winter Wonderland but it definitely could be done better. Food is cafeteria quality. Alcoholic drinks were pretty good. Hot chocolate is more about the toppings than the hot chocolate. Waiter was really kind and nice. Wish there were more paint colors for the ornaments and more brush sizes to paint on something so small. I could see if it was something just for kids – but since you’re advertising to adults as well more effort could be made.

The shakes here look really cool and are definitely fun to see, but the food itself was pretty average.
Our server wasn’t outright rude, but the service was lacking. When my mom asked for no pickles, he responded with a slightly sarcastic “yeah, we’ll get right on that.” Later, when our waters were empty, I asked for a refill. He came back to the table twice after that without bringing water, and the next time he stopped by it was to ask if we were ready for the bill.
When I said yes and asked if we could get waters to go, he came back with the check and empty cups even though we had no water left at the table… He also let us know that an 18% tip was already included. That’s fine, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. It honestly felt like because the tip was guaranteed, he didn’t check on us much. I’d understand if the place was busy, but it wasn’t.
I almost paid in cash out of frustration so I could tip what he deserved, but I let it go. When I mentioned again that we still hadn’t gotten water after asking earlier, he apologized and finally filled the cups and brought them to the table.
Overall, the shakes are cool, but the service could definitely be improved.
