At lunch, we have a great spread of Indian, fusion items on the buffet with lots of choices of both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian items. At dinner Hyderabad House Atlanta has an a la carte menu with even more tasty choices. If someone came in for a dine in on a restaurant they expect some service, the food was trash, now i need to take medicine as soon as i get home, we ordered the mixed grill with pulav rice, the mix grill was not made fresh, it was reheated on a microwave, it definitely deserved my trash can so i took it on their to go box and i am throwing this. See picture for clarification. No one came to ask how was it or if we needed anything else, felt more like self service than a dine in experience. The lemon they gave me was supposed to be squeezed on the meat on grill, it was solid like rock. Seems like they are using old precut lemon kept in their cooler for few days and just threw it on a plate, the onion was the only good thing on plate.Spent way more than they deserved. Wanted to tip the waiter but she didn’t came forward or ever saw her after taking the order so i saved my money there. If you are wondering this is my first time there, no its not been here in atl for 10years and i can definitely tell this time they didn’t came up to par. You lost a good time customer, wont even come there to have tea. Good luck, no Hyderabad for me anymore.

We have been to this restaurant franchise in Concord, NC and that use to be our go to place as we love it.
We went for lunch to this location and find the food quality is poor. We ordered biryani and the biryani has water on bottom, and not edible.

Worst haleem ever. Chicken and paneer starters were stale and chewy.. I am not sure if it’s how the Saturday’s would taste like or it’s everyday phenomenon.

This is my fourth or fifth time at Hyderabad House, and the one thing that has stayed the same is the terrible service. It always feels like the entire restaurant is being handled by only two people, and it shows. The food can be good on some days and really disappointing on others, so it is not consistent at all. I kept coming back hoping it would improve because I have eaten at Hyderabad House back home in Hyderabad, but it never does. If you plan to visit, be ready for slow and poor service. I will not be coming back unless friends insist on trying what they think is authentic Hyderabad House.

I ordered goat Biriyani and received chicken Biriyani. Tried calling several times. I came all the way from Alpharetta. I just had Indonesian noodles missed came back to get that. Now another mess. Please make sure the to go orders are correct before you leave the place

We have been to this place twice .The first time we ordered Avakai biryani and ulluvacharu biryani.Both were delicious.Ulluvacharu could be better .Also we had dahi puri and pani puri from the stall at the front of the restaurant.The dahi puri and pani puri is super delicious Would recommend this place

I’m extremely disappointed with Hyderabad House Atlanta (Dunwoody). I ordered rabdi gulab jamun and found a fly inside the dessert I almost ate it before noticing. This is a serious food safety and hygiene issue, and completely unacceptable.
It feels like the restaurant is getting too comfortable because of their popularity/monopoly in the area, but that’s no excuse for compromising health standards. Customers expect clean, safe food, not negligence. I hope they take this incident seriously and fix their hygiene practices immediately.

The food tastes nothing like true Hyderabadi food.
Ordered Apollo fish also, fish was a bit smelly.
