Today my was my daughter’s 4th birthday. I was in the hospital with my husband having her little sister so we couldn’t be home with her to celebrate her birthday too but Tanner and his crew made extra sure to make it super special for her!! We love this restaurant not only for the food but for the family they make out of every single person that walks through their doors. The food is cooked with deep skill, but it’s the heart and love and compassion of each person who works there that makes the place shine as a precious jewel in our community. We love everything about this place and today made it concrete in our hearts ❤️

We’ve wanted to come here for awhile, we live close, but haven’t got around to it till today. I’ve heard really good things about Johnson’s! And it lived up to our expectations! It was pretty busy but we got our food very quickly and our waitress had the best personality and was very attentive!

Supposed to have a burger, The Big Daddy burger, that was rated number one … 3 patties with what you want in it. We dubbed it the Big Papa burger for someone we know.

Our server, Abby, was friendly, prompt & accommodating despite she was the only server available this evening. The chef came out to greet us & was also friendly. Our food was quick & tasty. I had grilled shrimp skewers with a baked potato & fried okra. The atmosphere is family oriented. A bit loud but perfect for families with little ones. Will recommend to others & plan to visit again when we are in the area.

We decided to chase a waterfall and on our way to Mirror Lake, we came across this hidden gem in Melbourne! The hospitality was truly southern at its best… The food was delicious and the atmosphere was charming. Our waitress was amazing… super attentive, always smiling. I had one of the specials which was Honey Dijon Chicken… The sauce had the best flavor that Rich ended up putting some on his grilled catfish! My sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly crispy, baked beans were sweet and flavorful. Rich’s salad was fresh and his baked potato was huge! We both had fried pie for dessert (apricot and blackberry) that were so mouthwateringly delicious that I’m craving it this morning as I write this! If you’re ever on a drive through Arkansas or just wanna go out for a delicious country cooked meal, I highly recommend Johnson’s! We will definitely be back.

FANTASTIC FOOD!
We were passing through on a Sunday evening. We had passed by Johnson’s before but had never stopped. This evening we were starving and tired of fast food. The restaurant was busy with one waitress! I wish I caught her name because she deserves a raise. That girl was hustling!!! Our service never faltered. The food was fantastic and our drinks stayed full. The cook delivered our food and he killed it! We will definitely be back!

Our food was amazing. We got the surf and turf special, 3 piece fish, kids meal, fried mushrooms, and mozzerella sticks. Didn’t wait long either for it. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was because I had to get up and go find napkins myself. She was the only waitress, and there were 6 tables so I was not upset. Will for sure be back
