If you want good Dominican food on the go, this is the spot. Always fresh and the portions are huge. Great prices. The empanadas are tasty as well and full of meat, not like other places where it’s all air. Definitely recommend. And the one in Union City as well.

EXCELLENT! A great taste of the Caribbean with a fusion of dishes from Cuba, Puerto Rico and of course the Dominican Republic. Truly good quality meats and flavor. For 5 stars the prices have to come down and breakfast has to be served earlier.

the food is AMAZING! but… the cashier is rude, he throws things at customers when they pay… it’s disrespectful! the rest of the employees are exceptional.. if you are going there make sure that they will not throw your credit card at you in a RUDE manner

Decent food. Could use a bit of variety in choices of food. Portions have always been a very good size. Once in a while the Modongo can be off tasting and/or too salty. need more empanadas available.

This mornig, I have touched moment when I met owner’s husband in the grocery store. When I parked the cart bloked the packing lot, and Ian moved it right away even though he loaded his packages. I really appreciated , I think this restaurant added lots of kindness and warm heart when they cooked. Thank u again Ian. June 15 2023.

Excellent Dominican type of food spot that you will not find around here…you have to either travel to Passaic, Newark or Paterson or even West New York NJ for this type of food. They are very generous with the portions as well. You can check it out but there will be Lines!

Don’t plan on sitting their. 2 chairs which are placed on the food line adjacent meaning everyone that walks In looks at how you chew food and at all the fine details your plate has to offer before they decide what their gna eat. I guess they use you if your sitting their and eating as a way to appetize themselves before hand. I literally try to put up a piece of card board to create privacy to prevent that but people will still lurk around you and try to reach over and see you. Humans can not resist savoring before they eat . I never look at peoples food or their face . It’s rude and a disrespectful gesture.

I have been to this place a couple times for lunch. Only because it is one of the only lunch places in the area. Both times I had the same awful experience. Food was salty and greasy. If you don’t speak Spanish they are extremely rude to you and overcharge you on food. Do not recommend to anybody. If they were at least nice and respectful I would’ve given 3 stars.
