I may be biased because I live here but this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to! While the inside definitely has some unique quirks, the food is amazing and always is fast. I ordered the chori-queso and the chori-pollo and they both came out sizzling. So for an appetizer a main meal and a margarita spending 31 bucks is great!

Such a cool place. Every time I eat a new Mexican restaurant I always tree their camarónes à la Diabla. It’s my favorite. I was warned it was spicy, but they always tell me this. No, no, this was spicy, spicy enough at the time of night I was eating. I really shouldn’t have had it. Very spicy with I tasted mustard (If I’m wrong, my apologies.), which I’ve never tasted before.
The chips and salsa was good, just a little heat on the salsa.
This place is for sure worth checking out. Enjoy.

During our visit to the area my wife and I were hungry for some great Mexican food and we found this restaurant.
Corralejo is a nicely decorated place with a great atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and the food was amazing.
I ordered the Seafood Molcajete which came in a large bowl full of veggies and seafood and side condiments of rice, guacamole, lettuce and sour cream. Along with some warm flour tortillas.
As an appetizer we ordered the shrimp Queso Fundido – that was so good, I wanted to eat it like a soup.
If you’re in the area and hungry for Mexican give Corralejo a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Try the shrimp tacos. They substituted corn tortillas for flour. Servers are so nice. Beer was freezing cold in the best way! Delightful.

If you haven’t tried this restaurant you really need to! I work in Food safety and quality and this restaurant is the cleanest I have been in!!
The atmosphere is very well lit with comfortable, well decorated seating in the waiting area as well as the dining areas with high chairs for kids as well.
Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
The menu is very well put together with something for everyone!! You may want to check it out online first to save some time in trying to decide when you are there
Our food and drinks were both above and beyond our expectations for this area. Presentation of the meal was amazing as well as the portion sizes with both of our meals being absolutely delicious
Pricing is definitely reasonable for both the food and drinks!
I even got to add my own tequila to my drink

We were in the area and we stopped here because we frequent the Oregon location and wanted to see how the Dodgeville location is. Well, it is also fantastic. The service was great and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to go back.

WOW!!!! My first time here but it is the talk of the town! Nice atmosphere, friendly and prompt staff, and most importantly, the food is delicious. They bring a side of chips and salsa to start. And, I ordered Nachos Al Carbon. It was a lot of food and just amazing! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for investing in this community and downtown!

I am currently on a mission to find the best chips and salsa, lime margarita, and steak taco. Everything tried is rated on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best.
Chips and Salsa: Chips seemed like they were going to be thicker, but when you bit into them, they were actually quite thin and airy. They were served warm, but were very bland. The salsa was herbaceous however there was no real flavor, it was kind of weird – 1
Lime Margarita on the rocks: This margarita is the holy grail of margaritas. It was served in a LARGE, frozen, terracotta mug. This was a great margarita! – 5
Steak Taco:
Flavor: 1
Fullness: 5
Appearance: 3
This steak had zero seasoning/flavor.
Chorripollo – The chorizo had no flavor but spice. The saving grace to this dish was the chicken. The chicken had a nice char and had some seasonings added to it. The chicken made the dish appealing – 3 (only because of the chicken)
Steak Fajitas – This comes with a TON of food, however it is completely flavorless. The best thing with the whole dish was the refried beans, and they weren’t anything spectacular. – 1
Service – Our service was very nice and just had a smile on his face the whole time. He was very attentive. – 5
Pretty much everything here was extremely bland and flavorless. I looked around at the other guests and saw them all vigorously adding salt to basically everything they ate.

We had a wonderful dinner at Corralejo! My wife had Quesa Birria, served on a wooden plank, see picture. I had Enchillada Mole—it was so good I started and forgot to take a picture :). Service was so friendly! We both loved our meal and will surely return. And, of course, we finished with our traditional postre: flan!
