John’s Blue Top is a throw back to a time when the drive in was king. Really solid food and great service. Pull up or park and walk in. The Burger is good and I dont throw compliments on a burger all willy nilly. They have a wide range of shake flavors and the prices on the menu are reasonable. If you are looking for some nostalgia served up with some good eats and pleasant service this is your spot. I stop in often!

Ordered take out. Amazing service, fast attentive and friendly! Food was great, got cheese fries, a bacon (added egg) burger and a banana milkshake! Recommended for sure!

Run down building with poor quality items within. The food was nothing worth finishing. The atmosphere was okay because the staff was kind and the staple patrons were talking shop but the yellow tile ceilings, letters falling off and rust and mold will keep me from coming back. The restroom was gross, and I could not understand why the music was playing on the outside but nothing inside.

Was expecting a drive in, but got a Carlos Santana concert! I had to go inside and it took quite awhile for my food, but the peanut butter malt and chicken melt were great. Good value food and good music on Sundays.

I haven’t seen an honest to god drive-in in so long, I had no choice but to stop. We pulled in and were served incredibly fast, I got some beer-battered cheese sticks and a “garbage soda”. My wife got a chocolate malt. She has such a hard time finding malts anymore, so she was incredibly happy! The cheese sticks were delicious, and a lot of them came with the order which I was pleasantly surprised by. The soda (made of every dark soda mixed together) was also yummy – my wife commented that it was like a perfume the way it had top and bottom notes hahaha.

The food is usually on point never had a problem until today. So i sat in the dinner to eat my burger the fries came first then the burger, the burger came on a small yellow plate with a knife if the middle so i cut it in 2 halves. I took 2 bites out of one half then looked at my plate and saw a long stiff strand of hair actually cooked into my burger and was like whoa what’s going on. I actually left the hair in the burger to show the waitress and told her to check it out I even said go head pull the hair out and she did. She did apologize I said its not your fault. She then asked if I wanted another burger I said no thank you I’ll just finish my fries and be on my way. I did offer to pay for the burger though since I did take 2 bites out of it, she then asked the cook something then said that she will only charge me for the items I got and I said I have no problem paying for it, she only charged for my fries and drink didn’t want to charge the burger.
Like I said the food usually good but to find a long strand of hair in the middle of a cooked burger come on now get it together.
