Awesome Happy Hour menu! Loved that they brought delucious bread and oil & balsamic as a starter. All my pics are of selections off the Happy Hour menu. Only $6 for each plate! The drinks were really good & not watered down. The calzone, personal pizza, & eggplant parmesan stack were all excellent

The food is astoundingly bad. If this is John’s best, I pray to God I never see his worst. I spent over $100 and everything was a complete waste (except the side salad — I’m glad that was edible).
Let’s start off with the linguine with clams and mussels. The odor upon opening the container was super strong and foul. I don’t think the shellfish was cleaned, AT ALL. And there was no seasoning in the dish at all, not even on the sauce. Not a speck of garlic or parsley to be found. Looked, smelled and tasted like ocean water in a bowl over linguine. $25 in the trash right off the bat.
The linguine carbonara was linguine in a very watery “cream” sauce (which is NOT how carbonara is made, but it could at least have been thicker and not water-thin). The bacon was not crispy at all, very fatty but barely any pieces of bacon to begin with. No seasoning or flavor. This dish was $19.
My boyfriend got the ziti and meatballs. He felt that the tomato sauce was acidic, meatballs did not taste fresh, and yet again, lacking in flavor. $18.
The chicken parm Sicilian was dry, hardly any sauce. Chicken itself was decent, but the chicken alone obviously isn’t enough to make an entire $33 pizza redeemable.
Not for nothing, but when this much of my hard-earned money goes to waste on food so bad that I’m essentially throwing everything I bought into the trash, yeah I’m gonna have a problem with it. It’s like this place didn’t even try. Do better.

This has been one one of our favorite restaurants. We’ve had dinners there which were very good, atmosphere and service is always good. When we finally tried their pizza we were hooked! Their pizza is so good! Crust is nice and thin, but not too thin. Excellent pizza. We used to go elsewhere and haven’t since trying John’s Best! Highly recommend!

Service when I am there is great but it didn’t apply today so I didn’t write anything …love Madeline she’s awesome. She made up for being double charge for double tip for a party we had there.….. I’m sure the server was happy he wound up with $180 in a tip but , I guess he needed it more than we did

So delicious!! The Eggplant Parmesan and Capellini Dinner.! And on another occasion, Onion, Eggplant & Meatball Pizza!! Loved every bite. Thin but not too thin..”.It was perfect”. Ordered the medium.! Perfect for two, or some left for me to enjoy tomorrow:), #Fave.. I highly recommend this restaurant and such good vibes to eat there… Buon Appetito .

We decided to get takeout the night we moved into our new house. I chose here because it is conveniently located four minutes away. Plenty of parking in front and a nice inside dining area. When I got there my food was ready in 15 minutes that as promised.
The food was good. My chicken parm grinder was hot and tasty. Plenty of sauce just the way I like it. My wife had a mushroom slice. Fresh sliced mushrooms, too many for my liking but I didn’t order the pizza. I will say I’m surprised they didn’t throw a little mozzarella over the mushrooms. They just threw the mushrooms on top. My wife didn’t care, she told me it tasted very good. I will definitely be returning for a full dining experience.

Terrible! This pie was a flavorless grease pit. This was my first time and will be my LAST time ever ordering from here again. Asked for bacon, garlic and onion. There was maybe 5 crumbles of bacon on the whole pie, the onions looks more like the skin/peel of the onion rather than actually onion pieces. I also asked for it well done, it came soggier than a wet sponge. There was way too much grease, I love a greasy pie but this was like someone poured a whole can of their granny’s left over grease they keep under the sink all over the pie. It was so bad in fact that it was dripping out of the box. And the fact I received a pizza that was completely destroyed is what made this review 1 star. The cheese and all the toppings went to one side of the box. My kid was starving so I fed her what she wanted and what I could salvage and threw the rest in the trash. What a waste of $34. I also have to complain about their topping prices. You can get a small specialty pie with 5+ toppings on it for $16.95 but when you order a cheese pie and add 3 toppings it’s $16.95. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I can’t really speak on the atmosphere as I went for a late lunch and got my medium cheese pizza to go but I can say that it was clean, bathrooms were clean and the coolers were fully stocked.
Pizza was great…not going to say “out of this world or phenomenal”…but it was a great pie..so great that I ate the whole thing in one sitting..only other pizza I do that with is Famous Pizza in Bethel, CT. Garlic knots were delicious.

My wife went to John’s Pizza.The pizza was okay , but holly no cheese, InBelieve the grinder is remained there.It was not really a italian grinder, Do everybody in favor put the right amount and what’s the relon on the pies?It would be very helpful , won’t be going back.

Visited John’s Best last night and doubt I’ll be coming back (I used to come here in their old location in the shop rite plaza all the time when I was a kid).
My wife ordered 2 large pizzas and we were told a 25-30 minute wait and I showed up 35 mins later to their staff blankly staring at me saying “we don’t have that order.” Obviously confused I called my wife to make sure we ordered at the right place or maybe even a wrong John best.. nope it was the correct location. My wife calls to straighten it out and they tell her they must have thrown out the slip and they will remake it and then hang up on her. My wife tells me they’re going to remake it and I say that is ridiculous if we still have to pay as they just didn’t do our order.
Next is where it gets better. My wife calls back to say we should get it for free and the front desk girl says no so my wife asks to talk to a manager. He gets on the phone and starts accusing my wife that she never even placed an order there but then all of a sudden it’s “oh we have them and they need 5-10 more mins” … this was 5-10 mins after they had already told us they were remaking the pizzas… so no you didn’t already have it.. those were the same pizzas you were already remaking.
Ultimately I received my pizzas 20 minutes late and they gave us 16 dollars off… which wasn’t even the equivalent of getting one pizza for free.
Terrible customer service and if I didn’t have a hungry 3 year old waiting for dinner I would have just left the pizzas and ordered somewhere else. As you can tell by the 4.2 overall review at this location.. you can easily find somewhere else better to get Pizza.. John’s Best is obviously very “full” of themselves when obviously they make an average product. Do yourselves a favor and find somewhere else.
