I absolutely LOVE Johnny’s seafood. My family has been enjoying their food and seafood for over 30 years and I don’t have any plans changing. I recently had to send crabs to my brother who is in Houston, Texas. When he called me he said he hadn’t finished just about the dozen that I sent him. So I guess I’ll be sending some more.

Now everyone tells me! This is NOT the place to get hot food from! Only go get for the boiled food and smothered potatoes. I opened my plate, (shrimp & fish combo), to find that the fish isn’t fish, it’s just pretty fried batter. Bit into it just to take a photo, they know this isn’t right. They only give you four pieces and it isn’t even the same size as a pencil. No meat involved PERIODT! Undoubtedly they’re dumb or lazy to think people eat LARGE lumps of butter between a hard azz roll. This is absurd! They are cheating customers with the fish and bite size shrimp. Either the reviewers are all their friends, or based in the boiled food and another potatoes. Either way, not anymore of my hard earned money. Quality goes a long way.

Omg the Barbeque shrimp pasta is delicious! Crawfish pies yummy. My Favorite is the seafood stuffed Eggplant however it’s Difficult to get it. They tell you to call on a certain day then it doesn’t get delivered! Happens quite Frequent, but when it’s available it’s The Bomb!!! Everything Fresh & delicious

The food and service is great. In my opinion they are the best place to get boiled seafood along with some great southern foods on the Westbank! Their seafood is seasoned very well with it being not too hot yet nkt too mild. Their food is always well seasoned, while their po-boys are stiffed and always on great soft bread.
