Usually don’t have any problems when I come to this location. This time, I ordered a personal pizza and it was very dry and tasted like crust because of the lack of sauce. It also didn’t look how it usually does when I get it. Granted I know it’s different people in the kitchen but for 9$, it was on the smaller side as well.

Johnny’s never fails to make me smile. They have the best pizza bar none. The salad bar is always fresh and friendly staff make a great experience. It’s almost like dining at a fancy restaurant without the price tag.

Loved the pizza here. This is a business that I believe started in Monroe and has now branches state wide. The pizza is pretty good. They have three crust sizes. We had the Regular and quite liked it. Somehow the party size pizza with two toppings is the best option (price wise). We had one with peppers and olives, and the second with mushrooms and onions. We loved them both. Size, taste, texture were all pretty good. Definitely recommend this local favourite if you’re in the area and would like some good pizza.

Do NOT get the pizza bowls. They are more like pizza plates with very little food. They essentially take the toppings from the pizza without the crust and still charge you full price. Not nearly enough food to justify the price or justify calling it a “bowl”. Especially when the pictures online make it look like the bowl is deeper and filled (with clever angles to trick you), not a shallow plate of food.

I love johnnys. It’s always been my favorite. Please pass cooktown and go to Kentucky. Whoever is managing this one is slacking bad. My bread sticks are never consistent. Today they are skinner than my finger and burnt to a crisp. Disappointing this place has gone down hill.

I went to Johnny’s in Ruston on December 23, 2024 and I got a pizza well done and it was good. The girl that took my gave me the pizza she told me Merry Christmas and storm off without me telling her I didn’t like it but I like treating the employees there the same way they treat me but this girl named Morgan that works there didn’t try to go back get the girl or nothing so I can tell her the same thing she told me respectfully and I don’t look at nobody’s too busy for someone to come tell you something especially a customer. Thank you very much. 🙂
