Tried to order at 9:30. I was in the parking lot because the lobby was closed and called. Wanted to order one pizza and first lady just hung up on me mid order. Second guy told me there was an hour long wait. I said never mind then he just hung up as soon as I finished the sentence. Never going to this Johnny’s again.

When we order fast food, we order Johnny’s Pizza store number 1. Our order is right every time. If we order on the app or online, its super easy and fast! 20 minutes and our order is ready. You can’t beat Johnny’s sweep the kitchen pizza with an order of bread sticks. Thank you!

Ordered a thick crust party pizza and cheese bread. Was extremely disappointed that the pizzas were not fully baked. We had to bake the pizza at home which makes no sense.
The supposedly thick crust was made with two thin pizza dough placed together.
For the price we made this was not worth it. By far the worst Johnny,s experience.
There was no point in taking it back.
Please advise the the person pulling out pizzas from the oven while it’s baking to let it bake completely.

Phone order was placed, and delivery was made by a young driver with the friendliest smile I have seen on a customer-facing employee in a long time. Great customer service with a smile makes a difference!

Placed an order online, order was suppose to be ready for 2:45. Made it to Johnnys at 2:55 (10 minutes afterwards) only for an employee to tell me. “We forgot to make your pizza” we had a big order before your pizza which caused us to look over your order, NO APOLOGY, NO OFFER FOR A REFUND, just a “would you still like the pizza”. Store Manager Evan was very dismissive and nonchalant about the entire situation. Customer service was very terrible and poor. 0/10 definitely don’t recommend this place. Take your money elsewhere Pizza Hut or Dominos. Your employees should leave Quality or Quantity matters as well.
