I recently placed a to-go order and was really disappointed when I sat down to eat. My Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was cold, but not evenly. The bottom of the dish was cold, while the top was still warm definitely not how I expected it to be. I called to ask if it was supposed to be served this way, but instead of getting a quick answer, I was put on hold immediately. I waited for 12 minutes, but no one ever came back to the phone. It was frustrating to not get any help or clarification. I understand things can get busy, but the lack of communication and poor quality of the food made for a really disappointing experience. I was hoping for much better.

Thank you for the EXCELLENT service, Emily Q. Order was taken quickly, and we were served quickly as well. My wife had the fried mushrooms, which she said were to die for good. I had the Chef Salad, which was made to perfection. Strange, but I frequent this pizza chain for their salad, but let me tell you, they make a killer salad.
HVAC must have been out. They had a large portable AC unit running that was barely keeping the place cool. The wait staff was really suffering, but if you weren’t moving around, it wasn’t too bad.

We were in the area and hungry. Gave this place a try. Waited nearly an hour if not an hour for our dine in order. We were the only customers at the time of ordering. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO PUT CHEESE ON THE PIZZA???‼️‼️‼️ I would have left sooner due to the wait for no reason but my assistant stated “we’ve been waiting this long may as well continue to wait and plus we are hungry” I informed the waitress of the long wait with no other customers, poorly made pizza and no cheese on pizza. Riley came over. Riley SAW with her own eyes and had a look of shock at the poorly made pizza with a scattered topping that looked to have been forgotten and just tossed on the top also NO CHEESE that comes on the pizza ordered‼️ She was very apologetic and stated “that should not have happened” Riley customer service was great. She did give a discount for the mess up and again was apologetic.

So I was a little concerned after reading all the negative reviews, and since Johnny’s is one of my favorite pizza, restaurants I had to see for myself. To my surprise a much larger cleaner establishment. I received excellent customer service with great food. They even put the Braves game on for me. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time visiting this pizza place and I must say the pizza looks good and the staff was very nice. They fix the small mistake with the pizza of no green olives. The crust could have been cooked a bit more and thinner. NY Style pizza is thinner and the crust is chewy. So on my next order I am going to ask for the toppings to be under the cheese instead of on top. Yes I will be back for more..

I got a white pizza with pepperoni and bruschetta. I called my order in and arrived when it should have been done. It was not even started yet. I had to wait twenty minutes for it. The bruschetta was not very good and was tiny for the price. The pizza was.ok but nothing special. There are plenty of other pizza places to try, so I wouldn’t recommend this one.

My first time having Johnny’s pizza and it was and epic fail. I placed my order online and mistakenly added Green olives instead of Green peppers, I admit my mistake. However when i arrived to the restaurant and realized the mistake the MANAGER offered to PICK the olives off the pizza and refused to remake it because they would be “losing money” After asking for a refund, I was told that they couldn’t do that and I would have to request it online. I called and spoke to Scott Allen i believe is the Vice President and asked for a refund. He told me that he couldn’t help me at the time and someone would give me a call back. ( I’m still waiting for a call). I decided to go ahead and pay for another pizza to be made the way that I needed it.After paying for my new order the same manager came over and voided my payment and offered a discount which i thought was a very nice gesture. However, I realized that the new pizza he made barely had any cheese or toppings on it!!! the previous pie was loaded with cheese. If i knew a “discount” meant i would also get half the toppings and cheese i would’ve declined and paid full price like i was prepared to. Is it too much to ask for decent customer service or a quality product? the picture shows the difference between the first pizza they made and the remake of what was supposed to be the correct order.
