I’ve been here a number of times during my three visits to Kodiak Island. They have a variety of foods between American and Seafoods. They even have Alaskan Amber on tap of course. But it’s hard to find in my home area. They also have 4-5 hard ciders on tap.

By far my favorite Kodiak restaurant. I am a simple girl, I get the Henry’s Stack EVERY time because it is just THAT good. I’ve tried to make it at home, but it just doesn’t compare. It never fails to make my day. Everything I’ve tried there over the past 15 years or so has been amazing. Well everything I’ve tried off other people’s plates because I never won’t get the Stack.
Service is always excellent and the atmosphere is great.
Steiffany is such a great server, so helpful and friendly!
Their beers are always good & refreshing. The sides are always great as well. Check out my photo for the world’s largest side of mashed potatoes! The menu is so large that you could dine here every day and never get tired of it. It’s just a great restaurant in the heart of Kodiak and after all these years in business, it never loses its appeal.

We arrived in Kodiak hungry and tired from a long flight. Henry’s Restaurant did not disappoint. The portions were generous, and the taste was delicious! We got the Stacker sandwich and the Thursday night special dinner—the Bouillabaisse (cajun fish dish) was amazing! The fish and chips looked really good too. That’s what I’m going to order tomorrow.

Had a flight delay and came in for dinner on a Friday night. They had a prime rib special, and it was DELICIOUS. Can’t go wrong. My server was so friendly and patient. Watching her interact with other guests showed the same service, impeccable. Highly recommend stopping in for food, drinks at the bar, and watching sports on the TVs!

IPAs Aare amazing especially the hazy one. Service is super , very friendly and welcoming. I loved their sweet potatoes fries, ask for a bbq sauce with it 🙂 also their Mediterranean salad with a blue cheese dressing.

Potatoe Salid was great. Im really picky on others’ salid, but it was by far the best I’ve had. The food was ok. I will say this, though.. although we were sitting by the service window, I think it’s unprofessional if we can hear your whole conversations all the while cursing half of the time.

Great restaurant and bar. The wait for a table of 6 was about 45 minutes so we had dinner at the bar. The bartender Dillion was very helpful recommending plates and deserts. Highly recommend the banana cheesecake, yummy.

Food was really good. The calamari is a MUST, I also ordered the captain’s plate, and that was great. Would highly recommend this place to grab some good food and have a good time.
