Great place to eat. Cozy atmosphere with low volume blues in the background. I had ribs and brisket platter. I thought ribs were amazing until I’ve tried the brisket. The brisket is even better which didn’t seem possible. Sides were perfect. I don’t go by Parsons often but I officially have a favorite place to eat.

I was pleasantly surprised with the BBQ today. The brisket was perfect, they make divine potato salad and macaroni and cheese. The owner and his family were friendly and welcoming. Give it a try if you haven’t yet. We will be stopping by again next time we are in Parsons.

As soon as we walked in, we could tell it was going to be good from the smell. I had the one meat platter, ribs, they did not need any BBQ sauce, loved their rub, plus had collard greens, and beans, they were very good as well.
Great atmosphere, the two guys that were serving us were awesome, great personalities!!!!! We WILL be back!!

Amazing food!! My boyfriend described the greens as “the best greens I’ve ever had!”
I’m he meat was moist and juicy and delicious, the coleslaw was great! 20/10 recommend!

We had ribs and chopped brisket and mac and cheese. This is very good bbq. Sauce not needed but highly recommended to give it a try. The mac and cheese was amazing. Good people and food found here, you should give them a try.

Not only is the food here indisputably the best BBQ in Parsons, but it is the best BBQ I’ve ever had in all my travels in the southern United States. Very friendly staff, cafeteria style serving, a large line is expected but more than worth the wait!

We were traveling through town and stopped for a quick lunch, but will come back again! Meats and sides were all DELICIOUS, the service was fun and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend! Yum!
