This is located within the Caesar’s Windsor.
The service was horrible! It was slow (but the server was friendly). We started with coffee (with milk for the coffee). But the time she brought the milk, my coffee was cold.
We ordered bacon & eggs; eggs over “medium” with a bagel. The eggs were cold (both orders), the bacon was dry and the bagel was so cold, I couldn’t spread the cold butter on it. As well the home fries were cold, rubbery & dry.
The waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything or a coffee refill.
It was not my first time there and service is always a bit slow but based on my last experience I doubt I will go back there the next time I’m at the casino.
We were also there for lunch the previous day, because we missed breakfast by a few minutes.
We had a chicken noodle soup and a chicken club sandwich. Though the soup was served hot, we couldn’t find any chicken in it. As for the club sandwich; it was VERY dry. I had asked for some extra mayonnaise and the waitress didn’t bring it until I was near finished.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Please stay away from here. We waited well over an hour for a poutine. When something was finally said, the man working the front grabbed what appeared to be our order (that was sitting on a shelf for the hour), threw it on the grill then shoved it to us. When we opened it and informed him there was no cheese on said poutine, he took it back, yelled at us, and pointed to a corner claiming it had cheese. It did not. He promptly slammed it back down on the grill that was not cleaned after cooking chicken, shoved it back to us with no forks and completely ignored us. It was absolutely horrifying.
I also want to note, he touched cash with no gloves, then raw chicken, then wiped his hands on his pants, and threw raw burger on the grill. When another customer asked him to wear gloves, he snarled at her that they don’t have any.
My partner and I are now rather ill and we can only assume it’s from all the cross contamination. We would contact head office but Johnny Rockets makes that seemingly impossible so we are advising everyone who passes by this, to keep walking. We will be looking to connect with HO still.

I feel ripped off. We ordered a burger and chicken strips. Then waitress asked what we would like for the side. We got fries (assuming it was part of the meal) Wrong separate charge. ($56 for burger chicken strips fries and drinks!?! ) Food was terrible bland no taste. I asked for the bill. Walks back and she started to hand me the credit machine without even showing me the BILL…I HAD TO ASK TO SEE THE BILL! That is when I saw that the fries were charged extra.. I commented on it then she said everything is separate. Then that should have been stated up front. Who gets chicken strips and nothing else at a sit down place….unless it is KFC (KFC is better than this place) Then she hands me the credit card machine.. RIGHT AT THE TIP %. She was not going to show me the bill and now she bypassed what she punched into the charge machine. I have never seen such shady practices. I then asked where the amount is.. She had to cancel it out and redo it. Okay then I see she accepted the amount that I was to verify and she chose % for the tip….. when you could pick no tip or an amount. I chose an amount and I subtracted what I paid for the fries from what I would have otherwise given as a tip… Now I wish I had put NO TIP. In my opinion this is so unethical.. The amount to verify is for the customer to agree with NOT for the waitress to accept and bypass the customer.. I will never be back to this place and I will make sure everyone I know, is aware of what happened to me.

I ordered the mushroom burger—nothing can go wrong with that—while my friend ordered the rocket burger, along with fries and a Coke. We were served the fries first and were told that here they are considered an appetizer, even though the next table received their burgers and onion rings at the same time. Okay, let it be.
Unfortunately, what really disappointed us was the frozen apple pie. You need to take into consideration that the pies here should be changed. A place like this needs to maintain high standards.

Do not come here otherwise you’ll be waiting forever for your food to arrive. The burgers came in cold after waiting an hour for them and the sides were only brought out when we complained how long it was taking. They were serving customers who came before us when we were waiting longer. Very poor service in the back area. Management needs improvement.

Our food took forever. It was gross. Our waitress left part way through the meal. The manager said it was “to get him a coffee” seemed very unprofessional. We didn’t tip as our food took forever and there was really no service. As we walked out he said “no tip”.
Maybe don’t make snide remarks when customers are still within ear shot.

The lady with the short red hair is very RUDE!!! As I ordered a shake the other day, I had to stand there in here and wait a very long time. As I was waiting I had to listen to her and the manager talk very bad about the other workers which is very unprofessional in my opinion!! We’re staying in the hotel so of course we did dine in later on also! The next day as we’re walking through the hotel we wanted 2 straws because they only have paper around. She yelled at me and said please do not Steal our straws!! So I threw them back on the table. You can keep your 2 straws since you think you own the place and it’s coming out of your pocket! I will never spend another US dollar in this restaurant for the rest of my stay!!!

Overall, the food can be explained through the photo. The tuna sandwich was just definitely a no go on top of waiting 15 minutes for someone to get our orders and way longer to get our food (about 40 minute wait). What made it somewhat better was our server (unfortunately I can’t remember her name). At LEAST there was an apology but certainly will not come back again. Thank you to the server regardless!

Ordered fries, burgers and grilled chicken salad. The server brought the fries first which were cold and seem frozen. Had two wait for burger and salad. Burger bun was cold and meat burned. Salad was missing most of the toppings and not fresh. It was better to go at Tim Horton than here. Very disappointed.

Can only speak to the boozy shakes…which were DELICIOUS. Service from Ralph was dynamite as he was so friendly and personable. We enjoyed the spiked chocolate peanut butter shakes which were thick, creamy (but missing the crushed Butterfinger on top) and reasonably priced. Would definitely return for one of these fun indulgences!
