Irene provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious. I was kinda shocked that I paid $3 for eight onion rings. I had a peanut butter banana shake add chocolate and it was one of the best shakes I’ve ever had. The restroom was clean and so was the store. The manager walked out and made sure our food was good. Again amazing customer service.

Staff was extremely friendly, personable, and on top of everything. Food was just as good. I definitely recommend the shakes if you haven’t given them a shot yet. My order came out in a timely manor while I sat at a very clean table. Great atmosphere with some classics playing in the background.

Philly cheese steak was delicious, hot, and freshly made. Not a fan of thick buns, but loved the sandwich from first bite till the last. The tots were good. Not truly a fan of them in general. Wanted to see how Johnny’s stacked up against the rest. Main purpose of the visit was the wonderful vanilla shake. Exceeded expectations. Definitely hit the spot. Well worth the 2.5 mile track from my home and back. There was no wait. Server was polite and attentive. Restaurant was clean and everything seemed to function properly. Would recommend and will return.

Never knew they were there till we moved in the area. New manger made a point to great us and check that everything was made to order. Was pleasantly surprised; with food and service. Would definitely recommend stopping in.

The food was so overpriced. They had no meals ony a kids meal everything was I guess alacart $9 for a burger the fries were over cooked and nasty. The staff was very friendly. I do not recommend this place to anyone wanting good food at any price? To use the bathroom, you needed a key that had a lanyard attached to it, which, in my opinion, is nasty because people go in and out of the restroom without washing their hands. then you have to then take the lanyard and put it in your hands after you wash your hands, which makes you feel so nasty. I don’t know about anyone else, but it is not for me.

The food was not great, and I am not normally picky or one to complain. My wife is picky, however, and doesn’t eat cheese. We made this very clear ordering and the cashier confirmed his understanding. Grill person puts cheese on it anyway, like 4 pieces. We have to ask them to remake (we are both starving at this point) and the remake takes 25min because they put it at the back of the queue behind two big orders. Everyone knows that if you mess something up the remake has top priority at the front of the queue. Or maybe we have forgotten because even the fast food places can get orders right consistently nowadays. Terrible experience. We won’t be back.

This was my first time visiting and eating at a Johnny Rockets. I paid like $13 for a pretty thin burger and fries. No drink or anything. While the food was fresh it was the definition of underwhelming. *sigh*

Food took a very long time. Only 2 employees one very nice, but the person cooking was very rude to everyone. I won’t be back. I was going to dine in, but had to take it to go after it took so long.
