Ok, so…I try to not leave bad reviews unless truely warranted…this place was under staffed, and insanely unorganized!!!
The staff were trying their best to work through a high volume spell later in the evening.
That being said, our order was 2 burgers and an order of fries…ordered at 8:34, burgers were up at 8:40 (no heat lamps) normally a good omen, not this time, the order was completed at 9:20…burgers barely warm (and one was the wrong one), fries were ok, so no salvation there.
I only hope that Mohegan Pennsylvania reads this review and watches the 6 cameras they have in the restaurant and call in reinforcements when needed…
Kudos to the staff for trying, management failed horribly this day…btw there were a minimum of 7 other people waiting approximately as long as we did, so not a one off experience. (see all of the burgers in the photos…more off screen)
Also no managers on duty to delegate, manage or perform customer service…poorly run place in my opinion!!

We stayed at the hotel from saturday to Tuesday. The hotel was amazing , five stars all around. Now, Johnny Rockets was a last minute decision we came in Sunday night to get some stuff in our tum tums. Our server Gaby was amazing.She was spot on, she knew everything.We needed before we even needed it.My husband and I both got milkshakes , so not only did she bring us waters with the shakes, but she brought them all at the same time , carrying 4 cups so gracefully! She was very polite.nAnd the way that she had done her hair and her makeup made it just feel like a hole aesthetic. I can’t say much for the other employees. As there was a bigger guy who just sat around with a giant hat on. The Hat was a little distracting and took away from the vibe of the restaurant but not as much as the scowl on the other servers face she just looked so uninviting at first, she saw us at the door and turn right back around.But luckily , that got us to end up with Gaby. The food was not that good.It was very greasy.I instantly got a stomachache and needed a box which gaby so thoughtfully asked if everything was okay if she could do anything, but honestly there was nothing to do. It just wasn’t good. I just told her I was full. My husband said his wings weren’t that bad, however , that’s not that good of a praise. Being back home and looking back on it we Would definitely stop back in for some beautifully made milkshakes if Gaby is there aside from that though i’m not sure if I would get anything but mah shake and the bacon cheese fries. Overall I would give our visit a 4 out of 10. Sometimes its the servers and the ambiance that really makes the experience.

I love to visit johnnyrockets only when chantel is on ! She is so kind and sweet and works so hard . Ive never seen someone handlean entire restaurant the way she does and makes it look so effortless! She makesourtrip to Mohegan extra special everytime ! Shes the best and only reason we stop there!

F five guys. As far as bougie fast food is concerned Johnny Rockets knocks them outta the park. The burger was top notch,fries are chefs kiss, and the atmosphere and service are unparalleled. My server Chantel was exceptional. Would totally visit again !!
