I had a excellent Bean Patty veggie burger with a gluten-free bun! Service was friendly and prompt. The food was tasty; Fries were hot and crispy, vegetables were tangy and fresh. The shake had chunky pieces of fruit consisting of strawberries and bananas. Two thumbs up for the vegetarian Bean Patty gluten-free Burger!

I remember going to other JRs in the past and the vibe was up tempo and fun. Not here. Depressing and shabby. Supposed to be a retro 50’s feel. More like depression era desperation. I was expecting someone to come around any moment selling apples at any moment.

Haven’t been there in years so figured perfect lunch. Got the Tuna Melt with fries and vanilla milkshake. Everything was yummers. The portion of food was perfect!

It was definitely a really nice place to eat out with your family. The diner had a really cool retro vibe that I loved. It definitely made me feel as if I was in the 1940’s or 1950’s. The milkshakes are pretty good and there is a variety of flavors. A great place to eat out after the movies.

The food and service was good as always. Unfortunately, the jukeboxes at every table didn’t work. I had hoped to pay 5 cents for a song but no machine worked. I was bummed out. Hopefully they will fix them sooner than never. Had a fun time regardless.

The good – the food was VERY good. The not-so-good – they close at 9 & have a strange entrance to their parking lot. The bad – it was FREEZING cold in the restaurant area, they were out of regular & GF buns & the servers were busy talking with their friends, leaving the service to the manager, who was tearing her hair out trying to do so much. We’ve had very good experiences at other locations of the chain.

Service was fast and server very attentive. The only thing I didn’t like was $7.99 for a cheeseburger, $5.96 to add fries. No hot dog is worth $6.49 no matter where you buy it.

Placed our order, French fries and onion rings came out first,10 minutes later still no sign of our waitress, saw our burgers sitting under warming lights, had to ask other waitress if she could bring them over, by that time French fries and onion rings, cold, When waitress came over finally to check on us I did explain that we had to ask someone else to bring over our burgers, she did offer to take off something from our check, told her it was ok, but just wanted her to know that service was non existent. By the way place was not busy at all. Younger staff to busy chatting with their friends.

If I could do a minus one I sure would! I was at this restaurant on 2/10/18 with my sister in law and our friend.

Ate here with family. Burgers were really good, but the cheesesteaks seemed dry. Waitress never asked how things were, or if we needed anything. Staff did not seem happy, or friendly. We ordered bottomless fries, when we asked for more, they were given to us in a to-go box.
