The cocktails are where JohnnyOs truly shines. The smoke and the bubbles are fun add-ons that you can’t find most places. Chris makes innovative house-made infusions while the entire team kicks in to make unexpected twists on classic profiles. Whether you lean toward spirit-forward staples or adventurous seasonal creations (like “the Arborist”) the menu strikes a perfect balance between creativity and refinement.

We went to Johnny O’s during the Cars4Cause event and grabbed brunch. It ended up being one of the best meals I’ve had in West Chester. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor.
Their espresso martini was unreal easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere.
It is an incredible atmosphere down there with great service, and overall just a really solid spot. Highly recommend. 5 stars.
