We enjoyed an early dinner on December 24th Christmas Eve. We really enjoyed our time here and the food was excellent. The Mozzarella sticks were nice and hot and delicious. I have to say my mother’s Pecan Chicken Salad was amazing, but I would prefer more pecans since that is what the salad is called. All of our meals were hot and fresh and very tasty. The only thing I would recommend is to offer red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. None was offered to our table. Seyma was a very nice lady, and we wished her Happy Holiday as we departed.

We ate here while visiting on 1/21/26. Our server was Katie, and although she appeared shy, (maybe she was new?), she was excellent; very pleasant and attentive. Food was excellent. The lasagna portion was HUGE and I hated that most went to waste, but seeing that we were traveling, I didn’t really have anywhere to keep it. If/when we are back in the area, I’d visit this place again.

Such a lovely place!!! Go on a Monday to get 1/2 off of family platters. We had a family of 6 and paid $60 for 3 huge servings of pasta!! 3 different kinds. In addition to the fresh, delicious bread. Oh and they clean off their menus LOL. I absolutely loved seeing that!

Came here after our children had a trip
To Dollywood for a club with school. This restaurant felt like Olive Garden at first. However, the quality of the food did not nor did the service. My husband returned his Alfredo as it was extremely watery, my youngest didn’t eat her kids pizza as it tasted watery as well, my daughter chicken parm was also very greasy and my nachos weren’t terrible, however, they weren’t great either in craving for them again! Our server seemed more annoyed than serving us and even told us they ran out of bread so no bread to go with meals as bread was not available at Italian. We will not be back to this establishment!

Johnny Carinos can do no wrong in my book. Mostly because the one where I live closed gears ago, and now I have to travel far to visit one. So every trip is amazing. The Italian Nachos were as tasty as ever, as were the Creme Sodas. The staff was friendly.

Pictures is a spaghetti pasta bake (can’t remember the name) the Alfredo nachos as an appetizer ! These were our fav! The side salad was delicious and fresh !! And the mushrooms were oh so good!!

My husband and I stopped in and were so impressed with the waiter, the food, and the overall experience. We were informed that everything in the restaurant was made fresh, never made ahead and we definitely tasted the difference. Best tortellini I’ve ever had, and the best food we had while we were in Tennessee.
The best part was the amazing waiter who made us feel right at home; so charismatic and clearly loves his job!

All our food was absolutely delicious and large portions sizes. They have a lot more spicy options compared to other restaurants. I think my favorite was the bacon mac and cheese. The flavors were just perfect.

First time eating here. It took 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to ask for drinks and what we wanted to order. The food comes in large portions. Half off all Family Platters every Monday. Mama’s Spaghetti Feast is a large pasta dish featuring spaghetti with handmade meatballs, Italian sausage, and meat sauce. The menu options have an extremely high calorie count.
