Walked in on a Sunday night a bit before midnight (Because I got out of night shift early), and I got seated pretty quick and served even quicker. It was fast and friendly, and I saw that on Sundays, they do 50% off steaks! So I got a New York 16 oz, which is normally $53 for only 26.50, plus an added side of mashed potatoes, a drink, and a lava cake desert on top of that. My subtotal ended up being only $51! What a steal. Would definitely recommend going on a Sunday if you want a huge juicy steak! The food was great – the steak was very flavorful and not too chewy, and it was cooked exactly how I wanted. The mashed potatoes were hot and delicious and a perfect complement to the steak’s flavor. The lava cake was a nice rich and sweet dessert to round out the meal. I had a very great meal here, and I would 100% recommend going! (On a Sunday)

Walked in on a Saturday doing our usual datenight food exploration. GREAT PLACE!! Our very friendly and personable waitress “Hannah” made us some great drink suggestions, which we followed. Even though it was are first time here, felt like locals! Our cocktails were mixed like a local bar. Dinner was a suprise too. You can get a steak and lobster tail for 25 bucks, and in this food critics opinion is the best dinner deal in Las Vegas on a Saturday night. My wife has the Shrimp and Lobster Pesto Pasta which was delicious as were the roasted Brussel Sprouts. This restaurant, like all the ones I review, had no notice that I was reviewing their restaurant. Easily earned the #Nofeardining label and your dining dollars go far here. Delicious, cooked with expertise of 5 star chef, rolled up in the vibe of your favorite local bar. BRAVO!! Follow me on Facebook No Fear Dining!

First time visiting John Cutter and I was blown away! Tried the Spicy Cajun Chicken Penne and it was absolutely delicious – creamy, flavorful, and with just the right kick of spice. The portion was generous and paired perfectly with the garlic bread. I also had their margaritas, and they were spot on – refreshing, balanced, and not too sweet.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Definitely coming back to try more dishes. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and drinks in a cozy setting!

If you go to John Cutters in Vegas and don’t ask for Dani Rubin, you’re doing Vegas wrong.
From the second we sat down, Dani brought the kind of energy that makes you feel like you’re the only table in the room — even in a packed restaurant. She was warm, funny, sharp, and somehow managed to anticipate what we needed before we even realized we needed it.
Water never empty.
Drinks timed perfectly.
Food paced like a Michelin-star symphony.
She knew the menu inside and out, gave spot-on recommendations, and made the entire experience feel effortless. That rare combination of professional and genuinely fun is hard to find — especially in a busy Vegas spot — and she nailed it.
What really stood out? She didn’t just “serve” us. She hosted us. We felt taken care of, looked after, and honestly a little spoiled.
John Cutters is lucky to have her. We’ll absolutely be back — and we’ll absolutely be sitting in Dani’s section again.
Five stars isn’t enough. Give her the raise.

Awesome cut of meat, I had the 10 oz fillet mignon steak. She said they put chili oil on it, I said ok. Won’t do that again to such a great piece of meat. Garlic with tyme and butter, red wine reduction sauce or melted blue cheese would have been much better.

My husband and I came in on a Saturday night and the restaurant was very busy! We chose to sit at the bar and Chris and Misty took great care of us. Introduced themselves and kept a great rapport the whole time. The steak and lobster meal was outstanding!!! Chicken fingers were also yummy. We will definitely be returning!

Sunday 1/2 price steaks for the win. Just when we thought steaks were the highlight , the chocolate cake stole the show.

I saw this on instagram and wanted to give it a try. Steak and lobster for 20$ say no more. On Wednesdays they have a steak and lobster special for 20$. Went for lunch the place isn’t huge it has outdoor seating as well. The inside has a few booths and tables. It’s tavern style. The server came quick and got our order. We ordered the jumbo pepper shrimp appetizer. They were indeed large shrimps they were grilled. It definitely was peppery. It was good, not the most flavorful just very simple. Then the main courses came, the steak and lobster were kind of small, but you can’t complain for 20$. Overall it was ok, very bland I had to salt and pepper it a lot. Like I said definitely worth the price you get what you pay for I would recommend doing the upgraded cut. The steak got a bit dry just because of the cut of steak. Atmosphere is nice like I said tavern vibes cool place to grab a drink with buddies.
