First time I’ve been to a Carl’s Jr. .
When I pulled up there was One car in the parking lot at around 5pm.(Dinner time)
Ordered a Western Bacon Burger meal in which before I was done paying for it they were handing the meal to me. If the meal was fresh cooked it would have taken much longer which got my suspension up.
The meal was luke warm, sandwich and fries, which in my opinion were sitting for some time.
Maybe I just got the end of a batch but in truth I probably won’t be coming back to any other Carl’s. I gave the food 2 stars only because the burger was good in taste but would have been a lot better hot!!

Doesn’t pick up phone after several attempts. There’s a picture of the medium fried zucchini that came straight out of my bag looking like that. Not even half way full. No ranch that was ordered. The burger was dry, hard and over cooked. No resolution. I highly do not recommend this place what so ever. Waste of time and money.

I give a zero for the customer service. This place is terrible. Their food is disgusting. Worst biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had at a Carl’s Jr.. The gravy was all lumpy and disgusting. They only give you a half of a tub full. When every other Carl’s Jr. gives you a full tub. I wouldn’t let my dog eat here.!! And then every time I’ve eaten here all I do is get super sick to my stomach. This is definitely by far. The worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever seen. If there was a way to give negative stars I would.

This place is clean. The service is very slow the guys in the back cooking looked like they were dazed. I had to go back to the counter to ask for my food. You might as a manager stop at Chick Filet and see how things are done then train your people. The chicken was good.

This Carl’s Jr on Campus Drive was the worst. One of the ice makers were empty. Dr Pepper was low. The fries were chewy and had black/brown bruises. One customer went to the back get assistance to place an order. I advised the employee that the ice maker was making no ice and the Dr Pepper was low. Nothing was resolved while I ate inside.

Came late at night after long flight all I wanted was a burger and they took 30 minutes I ended up leaving paid for my meal and left cuz I was waiting so long worst service. Do not recommend.

OK, the one star is only for this one particular time I went there which was yesterday. Normally Carl’s Jr. has served me very well with good hamburgers and fries in the past.Yesterday howeverI ordered a single burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion only no mustard no ketchup. Take out, I got home with the burger and it was lettuce, tomato and onion but with mustard and ketchup. Also, I ordered a California burger with cheese comes with two patties of burger. I got home and it turned out to be a single burger with no cheese, also I had asked for no onions, when I got home. My burger was filled with onions. The cashier was obviously in training, but I think he did it correctly because that’s what came out on the receipt, I just think the back cooking was not paying attention. So bad experience yesterday. I will just have to check my order before I leave the building next time, normally Carl’s Jr. has been a good experience. But yesterday they were out to lunch also. Nothing I ordered was correct except for the fries.

I am here nearly weekly. Does that mean it’s awesome? No. Absolutely not. The service is almost always terrible, they forget items all the time, and I often get my food smashed. Why do I go there? Where else are you supposed to get a burger at 2am?

Would have been better if my chicken and hash browns were cooked in at least semi-fresh oil. It was pretty bad.
If you’re not going to keep fresh oil, don’t offer the products that require it.
