What an outstanding experience! Johnny is precious and he makes outstanding, fresh, well seasoned food! Service was quick. Burgers and Fries are 10/10. The wings are VERY good! Do yourself a favor and come on over to see him!

Found this restaurant on Google. Good food freshly made! Restaurant is mainly about the food! The fish sandwich was delicious! Generous portion of fish, and the slaw was really good! Burger was delicious! Lemon pepper wings were great! So the platters came with The sandwich/Burger Fries, and 5 wings! That’s a great deal for $15! Call ahead so you don’t have to wait! My son loved it!! Plus I had all my condiments on the side!

Starting to think Google reviews are trash! This place should close, food quality is horrible, no seasoning, burger taste old, ketchup container was melted which tells me it was put in microwave and there was lettuce pieces in the ketchup. For shame for giving this place more than 1 star to all you reviewers. Visiting Hickory and I know to never spend my money on this place ever again!!

Tried door dashing from this the place today, order was taking forever and my delivery driver finally called me and told me that restaurants lights were on, open sign on, but the doors were locked. No cars or workers in sight. She said the place looked sketchy. There’s other places in hickory where I know I can get a hot, non-sketchy burger. First and last time attempting ordering from here.

Im from Charlotte NC, I was visiting the area and looked up soul food restaurants.. I decided to go to this one out of all the restaurants that was listed.. This my 1st time visiting the restaurant.. I took myself out for Christmas. The customer service was great and the food was amazing.. I ordered a loaded Turkey Burger , Hot BBQ Wings.. The food was delicious , I’ll definitely be going back to support this business.
