It’s not just pizza; it’s an experience that brings you straight to a Brooklyn-style corner joint, right here in Colorado.

I ordered a classic Pepperoni Pie, and it was absolute perfection. The crust was crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with that slight char that only comes from a well-seasoned pizza oven. Joey P makes fantastic pizza, there’s no doubt about that… But he also brings so much laughter and joy to the experience! I can’t say that about any other pizza, place in Denver! The sauce is my absolute favorite… I even went to Italy last fall, to specifically try the most popular pizza spot in Napoli. I sent him a message on Instagram while I was at the pizzeria, just to let him know that his sauce was better! And I mean it!!

I was hungry after going to the gym, and happened to be in the area. It’s a little pricier than your typical single serve pizza but the speed and quality of the food pays off. In and out in under 3 minutes and the pizza was really good. I’m not usually a fan of thin crust but I’ll definitely be coming back for some late night pizza. Do be warned he does have a limited open time so if you plan on trying it make sure to check in advance.
