We found this restaurant on Resy and decided to give it a try. We’re not very familiar with the Kensington area, but this felt like a nicer part of the neighborhood. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the chocolate cake for with persimmon on top for the dessert, which was absolutely wonderful. We started with the shrimp cocktail, I ordered the sea trout, and my fiancé had the steak. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

We had a girls night out and decided to try Fleur’s. From the moment we enter, the architecture of Fleur, three distinct dining areas—including a bustling balcony sets a grand and vibrant stage. This character-filled backdrop is matched by exceptional service and Chef’s artful, innovative cuisine—a brilliant fusion where French tradition meets modern fermentation. Every dish was delicious, scallop gratin, sweet-tangy pickled vegetables, umami-rich mackerel, lobster corn nage, and a superb grilled steak with cognac au poivre,….The experience culminates with exquisite desserts. A truly compelling and unforgettable dining experience.

Amazing vibe in there. Server was really friendly and helpful with the menu. Loved the watermelon mignonette with the oysters. We also got the bread, onion tartine, gnocchi, trout, steak frites, and half chicken. We thought the gnocchi portion could’ve been a little bigger for the price but everything else was a good size. Our favorites were the onion tart and the chicken. Drinks were great as well. Excited to go back and try their happy hour at the beautiful bar, which they said they have every day from 5-7!

Spent a great evening at Fleur’s with friends. We ordered several appetizers, including Beef tartar, Pork & pistachio terrine, Sesame carrots. Also got a complimentary salad from the kitchen, which felt like a nice touch. All appetizers were top-notch, each with its own palate treats and nuances, creatively made and perfectly presented. For the main courses we had fish and chicken, and both were delicious. I was surprised by the fact that despite being open for 2+ months only, the restaurant has already got the warm, friendly, special vibe.
It’s my second time at Fleur’s, and some new seasonal offerings have been added to the menu, which added to the diversity. Our server Anya deserves a special mention, as she was extremely professional and warm at the same time. We felt like we were at a friends’ house for dinner. You need to try and save some space for the dessert, which is challenging but absolutely worth it. We were full, but the desserts were so unbelievably good that we almost ate the decorative flowers (they are edible ). We will definitely be back, together with numerous friends.

A new addition to the philly food scene! The inside is awesome with a classy vibe. The bar and seating on the first floor is comfortable and inviting and also seating on a wrap around balcony overlooking the first floor. Service is outstanding, alcant say enough about that. The food is delicious! Had to Google a few words from the menu lol, or you can just ask the server. The scallop appetizer and onion Tarte were delicious. The steak frites was great as was the fresh pasta with crab. Other great dishes in our group (with no complaints) the trout, the eggplant, shrimp and oyster apps. Desserts were delicate and delicious. The French vanilla custard and the fois white chocolate croissant with cherry compote. Definitely worth a try!

Fleur’s is clearly a labor of love. We had dinner there on opening night. Despite being new, the restaurant ran smoothly. Everything was beautifully executed—the food, the atmosphere, and the service. The renovation is gorgeous and detail oriented. Love how the new owners preserved so much of the original building. They’ve got great taste!

Every dish we tried was creative but delicious. The uni custard tartlet was so creamy, and paired well with caviar. The foie gras and white chocolate croissant topped with sour cherry marmalade was such an unexpectedly cool combo. The smoked whitefish tartine with duck fat brioche (gluten-free!) was surprisingly light with nice pops of salt from trout roe. Sesame carrots were nutty and hearty, one of many vegetarian options. Chicken was juicy with crispy skin, on top of a punchy sweet pepper piperade. Steak was perfectly cooked topped with a zesty Thai chili vierge. Fries were thin and crispy paired with an insanely addictive sunchoke soubise. All in all, a daring yet approachable menu. Hats off to Chef Sabatino and his team!

Our server, Anthony, was really attentive and knowledgeable. Service in general was top notch. Prices were reasonable given the quality of food and hospitality. So happy to have Fleur’s in the neighborhood! Looking forward to seeing the rest of the building get transformed as well. Can’t wait to come back!

This place has a future. Imagine the rest of the area being full of such restaurants!
The atmosphere is great. Music quality good, noise level great, sound system well built in in a ceiling. Distance between tables make is pleasant to talk and interact. Many little ornaments do emphasize on french culture as well as the displayed art.
Everything i tried was great but I have suggestions: foiegra on bread need to come sliced diagonally – it will avoid confusion for people who aren’t foodies. The Duck leg is uniquely great and delicious but the dill on it switches the palette to a different direction and I would go for more neutral herb or something else that emphasizes the dish. The drinks are great: good proportion of alcohol and great choice of ice – you will enjoy drinking it, it won’t lose its taste until you finish. The service was on top, talk from the waiter and staff, people who bring food they are knowledgeable and prepared. You can feel someone is really running this place. This is how the service have to feel for customers. The price? 3 appetaizers , 2 cocktails and 2 main course without tip was $180 which is great. If they keep prices relative to what they are now they will have more returning customers. If they work a little more creative of how the bill comes it would add more value. Get creative or check more french history how can you make a customer feel wow effect by delivering the check.
Great job and good luck!

Food is amazing here. Choose the seafood options.
Scallops are great. Oysters with watermelon are a unique twist worth coming back for.
Happy hour is at bar only but easy for a cocktail and lobster salad (pictured) are worth it.

Everything here was unique in such a good way , felt like we’re back in Nice France.

Loved my experience at Fleur’s! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The “Two Sisters” non-alcoholic drink was so refreshing and flavorful. My top picks were the steak frites, half chicken, and chilled corn nage. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Don’t skip the French vanilla custard for dessert, it’s the perfect sweet ending!

Fleur’s is East Kensingtons newest restaurant! My friend and I came in a few weeks after they opened and had a mixed experience.

Starting off, they sat us at a 2 seat table in the back of the restaurant. The table was so close to the one next to it that I could hardly squeeze through them (I wouldn’t consider myself a large person either). We asked if we could sit anywhere else and they said that was the only table available, so we found ourselves at the bar. The bar had large comfortable seating luckily.

Our server, Ethan, was very knowledgeable about the cocktails and menu. We started with the mission statement cocktail, similar to a French 75. It was delicious.

For an appetizer, we got the mussels vinaigrette. Amazing! It tasted like an elevated McDonalds filet-o-fish… I know that may not sound appetizing, but it was incredible. Crispy potato cake and so many fresh flavors.

For our entrees, we were a bit disappointed. We got the steak au poivre medium rare and it was tough and chewy. I did enjoy the thai chili sauce on top for an added kick. The bone marrow fries it came with were also not crispy and had too much seasoning on them. The parisian gnocchi in a mushroom ragu was good, not great. The flavor profile was pretty one note and nothing wowed me about it. I wouldn’t reorder.

For our dessert, we saw they had Mighty Bread croissants filled with white chocolate and foie gras, topped with berries. For $19 it was just not worth it. I heard their other desserts are better and wish I ordered something else.

Overall, we enjoyed our service, cocktails and appetizers. The entrees have some work to do, as well as the seating arrangements. For the price point, it wasn’t what I hoped for… but I do hope they can make some adjustments as they settle in!
