I was blessed to be told by a Local about this place. I was wandering around and this nice man gave me some places to go eat and this was top on his list!! I just wish I would have met him sooner it was my last full day. What a charming place and the food was OUTSTANDING!! I wish i was sitting in the front room I love all of the signs. we were taken into the 2nd dining area and it was just another place to eat. Definitely sit in the front room if you get the opportunity 😉

Really enjoyed our first meal in NOLA and this is where we ate. Great reputation and it didn’t disappoint. The place was very busy on a Tuesday lunch with a mix of “us tourists”, lol, and many locals.

This small place in the big easy is dropping some fantastic family favorites and we had a chance to experience it for ourselves. The red beans and rice with andouille sausage is a dish I would come back here for, because I have never had better red beans and rice with the perfect flavor of the South until now. The lady enjoyed chicken fried steak, which was actually two pounded-out pork chops

First time eating here and let me just say it was delicious. The portions are nice size, menu was very comforting and the cost was great. The menu offered daily specials, this was New Orleans comfort food at best. You must try the Eggplant appetizer, we were blown away! Staff and atmosphere were nice as well. Whether you are strolling on Magazine street or just looking on the internet for some place to eat, I suggest checking out Joey Ks.

Extremely slow service here, even if they aren’t busy.

What a cool local place! Away from all of the touristy areas but still friendly to those that roam. Andu waited on us and was excellent! Based on his recommendations, we had the Eggplant Napoleon for an app and I had the beef brisket. OMG!! The food was AMAZING!! Highly recommended!!

Nice Restaurant in Garden district on magazine street. Shrimp Po-Boy and Fried Green Tomatoes with shrimps were definitely worth trying. It had good outdoor seating and clean restrooms. Prices for portion sizes were not expensive. Definitely a must visit

I got there at 11AM because I’m on a business trip and needed a place to hang out and do some work before my meeting. Ended up not being able to get any work done because I couldn’t stop eating!
