Let’s start with – from the time we walked in we were greeted with a smile and bubbly personality from Cheryl which carried on through our whole experience.
The food was amazing and quite honestly the burger is now in our top 3 favorites! This was an authentic burger cooked to order not your typical frozen nasty patties!! The chicken samich was really good but the burger stole the show.. oh wait..the FRIES were so good and even better when you dunk in thier homemade beef gravy!! The container they put the fries in kept them warm & crunchy for the whole meal!!
Now what I will end with..the food was a 10+ and the service – from Cheryl was amazing. Restaurants need more servers like her!! We will be back!

I ordered online for pick-up. Broasted chicken (4pc mixed) mashed potatoes w/gravy & coleslaw.
Service- When I picked up my order I asked the bartender if the meal came with texas toast like the menu showed, I was mistaken, the online menu has a bakery fresh dinner roll listed, not texas toast. She said no, it came with a cornbread muffin. I requested texas toast as a substitute. She stated there was a 50 cent upcharge for it.
I showed her the online ordering menu, where it states the meal comes with a bakery fresh dinner roll. She then stated very loudly “so it didn’t say texas toast then, it was a dinner roll. I’ll have to fix that.” Smh.
The “texas toast” was actually a piece of some kind of sandwich bun (not half, not even a quarter, a piece (see photos). It was hard and stale. It had something on it, it wasn’t butter.
The coleslaw was very acidic. The cabbage was no longer crisp, it was limp, slimy and disgusting. Like it should have been tossed out two days ago.
The chicken was great. Cooked perfect.
Your bartender could use some guidance
In customer service. She was loud & rude. Both were unnecessary.
I’m not likely to refer anyone to your establishment after today.

My wife and I went for lunch on 12/20/2025 absolutely wonderful, the Walley Fingers Appetizer, my wife’s Blackened Chicken Alfredo, and my The Works Burger were all amazing and very nice sized portions and very reasonably priced. Would also like to mention Hailey was wonderful so Bubbly, a Delight to be served by.

On an extremely frigid day we stopped previously at 2 other places only to find them closed. My friend recommended this place & I’m so glad she did!! The food was delicious! The burger was one of the best I’ve had & not messy at all (barbecue burger). The fries stayed warm and crispy throughout the meal even though we were talking a lot. A big plus was our waitress (Cheryl). She was great! She checked on us throughout our meal but not over doing it. Joking and light hearted banter. Even giving me a great tip on reheating the fries I couldn’t finish. She complimented my job saying I was an angel for it (vet assistant)but she was our angel, making our delicious meal even better! Thank you! This was my first visit and I would definitely recommend again!

This was our 3rd time at Joes as I really want this place to succeed. The first time we were there(April of 2025), we stood in the entry way for 20 mins while the only server ran between the 3 tables she had, and the bartender just kept looking at us, saying nothing. Finally the server shouted “Just sit anywhere”; so we did. The food was great but we spent around 2 hours in total as things took a loooong time. The server had a breakdown at our table and began crying. It was awkward.
2nd visit, that server was not there with the understanding she’d left. Stood for about 10 mins but the “Please wait to be seated sign” and again, 1 server running tables and the bartender looking at us awkwardly. Service was still super slow, but the place was pretty full so it was understandable this time around as it’s not the servers fault they’re short staffed… but never saw that bartender come out from being the bar once to help… and no one was sitting at the bar. Food again was GREAT!!!!
Now, for our most recent experience. Walked in and stood by the “Please wait to be seated sign” for around 5 mins as the one and only server ran tables. The bartender saw us… but just looked at us awkwardly. After 5 mins the server told us to “sit anywhere we wanted”; which brings me to the biggest question: Why have a wait to be seated sign if the inevitable is just sit anywhere you want??? It would cut down on a lot of the issues of standing there waiting, and there not rotation of server’s areas because there’s only 1 server. So… why the sign??
Anyway… the server was definitely not in a rush and it did take some time to get some things here and there. She remembered all our requests and honestly did a great job. She was extremely friendly and didn’t mess anything up with our order; but definitely took her time fulfilling requests (only 3 tables filled with patrons). The food again was delicious and that is the main reason we come. Hopefully staffing will increase or reflect the periods of “rush” so people aren’t waiting forever or servers are having breakdowns from the stress of being the only one.

Best meal I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. Seated quickly, server was prompt in greeting us (thanks Deanna!) – ordered the walleye fingers as an app – a must have!, then I had ribs and chicken meal and daughter had Boneyard Mac & Cheese (Mac and cheese with BBQ ribs). Walleye came out crisp, golden and delicious, and main entrees came out shortly afterwards and everything was cooked perfectly. Fall off the bone ribs and crisp, moist broasted chicken, pasta was perfect al dente and with fantastic cheese sauce.
Have been here several times. Always been really good, this was certainly one of the best!

Had worst steak dinner of my life at Joes. Menu claimed it was an 8 ounce ribeye. Ordered it rare. Arrived…if it was 4 ounces I’d be suprised, closer to 3 would be my guess.. Less than 1/4″ thick. Well done…Likely because it was card board thin and the cook blinked. Steak knife had its work cut out for it to get thru it..it was that tough. I don’t know exactly what part of a beef it was, but it sure as hell wasn’t ribeye. Brussel sprouts side was so over cooked the texture was like dry leaves in the fall. In a word. Aweful!

Food was all great especially the broasted chicken. The place was very crowded when we were there on a Thursday night at about 5-6pm but the wait staff was very good keeping everything moving.

Service is superb, Freindly fast curtious waitresses and staff, managers on staff as well.
Chefs in the back hands down are top notch ,cuzine is fantastic, amazing tap and wine list .
