The food quality has really dipped since my previous visit. The fried chicken sandwich appeared it was sourced from the same location as the McChicken. Chicken wings were ok, but had very subpar flavored sauces.

Well, don’t get a salad. It’s not what you would expect even for a bar salad level. My own fault for getting a salad at a bar, it’s basically shredded lettuce from the burgers in a hot dog boat. But even for a bar they could do a lot better. I would never serve this at my restaurant. Service was ok, seemed like the bartender didn’t really want to be there. Which we’ve all had those days so I’m not mad about that

I was staying at Best Western and looked for somewhere to have dinner oh boy what a joke of a place and it’s a shame as on the website Joe’s pub is about supporting local businesses.
The waitress was quick with the beer drink but well trying to get a food order was a joke the staff are more interested in talking at the end of the bar than doing there job with just 3 tables.
Oh finally the burger arrived with fries the fries were good but the burger looked like 2 burnt pieces of burger dry tasteless sent it back the waitress said she would advise the manager if that was normal the so called manager never showed there face the burger came back with 2 different burgers not as bad as the first but dry tasteless and not worth the money your better of going to Wendy’s there way much better.

Advised waitress food was terrible while l was paying the so called waitress just ignored me outstanding customer service no tip given not worth it.

We waited patiently with no complaint for over an hour to get our food. When we finally got the pub burger, fries and pub roll….. the pub roll was room temperature, and the fries and burger were literally cold to the touch. We asked the server to touch the fries so she could understand the issue. She apologized and took the food back to the kitchen. Unfortunately, when they came back way too soon, it was obvious the fires had been thrown back in the fryer, and the hamburger had been reheated. It was very disappointing. We felt bad for the server because she was the only one on a busy night.

Hands down a better experience than the location in Normal. The staff is much more attentive and the food is consistently great! Bridget is an outstanding bartender! The Normal location should take some notes.

I came in to eat and was never greeted by server and after 45 mins I order online from inside and sat and waited and still she never came up to me or said a word she was to busy on her phone and using curse words over and over. I sat there until the point I had to go up to her and asked for my Togo order which was done at 341 the cooks even came and sat at the bar and than she sat along with them and at this point I’m over it I love their food but never been a big fan of their choice in employee

We stayed at a nearby hotel and went to Joe’s not knowing what to expect. Well we had a wonderful dinner. I had an Italian beef sandwich and my wife had chicken tenders. Both meals were excellent. Our server was handling the entire dining area and the bar but she was terrific and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommended. Eat at Joe’s!
