Right in the heart of University of Michigan so great campus environment. Pizza is close to nyc but no cigar. Tomato sauce and cheese need more flavor. Thin and crispy, got that nyc flair. Is it worth the drive? I’d say no but if you’re in the area then yeah go for it. Plus a pie is insanely expensive at $30, even in nyc I don’t spend that much on a large pie.

Wow! Spot On NYC pizza At Joe’s Pizza. Will definitely order here again. I ordered for our staff and there wasn’t a piece left. Everyone loved it! Typically it’s super hard to compare pizza made anywhere else to NYC pizza but this place was spot on!! Keep it up.The right size (huge) and cooked perfectly! If you’re in Ann Arbor, don’t you dare leave without getting a slice!

I always love stopping here. The pizza is just like their NYC locations. We need more New York style pizza in the area. Love how it is right next to the quad so you can walk around and people watch on campus. Perfectly thin and tasty crust. Great toppings. They will cut a slice in half for you if you want to try two different types to share with another person.

I ordered a supreme for take out. Its a really good pizza, very faithful to NY style. I will say that its not the best “NY Style” pizza I’ve ever had, but this might be one of the best in the Michigan area. Would definitely go here again.

The pizza is decent, but don’t use the “I’m here” feature on the website if you order online. The staff will ignore it while you stand there for 15 minutes, clearly waiting for your pizza which is just sitting there, already done and getting cold. The pizza reheats pretty well in the oven, though.
