Moved in down the street and decided to try out this place. Have now come back six times and used their takeout

Love their pizza. The 14 inch medium pizza is perfect for two people. The mozzarella sticks were delicious and the small garden salad is actually quite large. The lemon cake is outstanding. They also have a pizza buffet, but I have not tried that yet. For lunch, we’ve had the godfather sub which was very tasty. They have a large menu with lots of options from appetizers, salad, pizza, entrées, and calzones.

Service has been outstanding here. Quick to come take your order and to follow up frequently to make sure you have everything you need. Trinity, Lauren and Lexi are some of the excellent wait staff here.

There is indoor seating, outdoor seating and a bar. Good selection of choices to meet your needs.

So if you’re in the area, stop on by and have a great meal.

I can’t tell you how frustrating our experience was this evening. We got to the restaurant, waited for 2 families to check out, watched the people in front of us be seated, and then were told they couldn’t set us for 15minutes because the staff would get confused because they had too many phone orders. They had 4 tables seated with patrons. Needless to say we left and went to Mellow Mushroom. They sat us right away in a full restaurant and didn’t get confused about any part of our order.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere! The owners were absolutely amazing and so was the staff. The pizza is top notch and the bourbon prices are very fair. I will definitely be back to Joes!

An hour and a half for a single to-go pie and salad is mind-boggling. That should not be the standard. I like your sign at the front “fresh to order, we are not fast food.”… You know when there is ANY kind of disclaimer, it’s time to buckle up. How about you put a nice little pop-up online that says that before the customer orders?

…. I think you’re resting on that “not fast food” sentiment a little too much….. It’s like they were insulted that I asked about it after an hour and some change. Please, if you don’t want to serve to-go orders or they’re an inconvenience then just kindly don’t offer that service. there are definitely diners that came in after me, sat down and were served food before I was given my to go order. So to give you an idea, people that just walked in off the street were able to sit down and get their food before me, who had placed their order 45 minutes prior to them walking in.. can an owner or a manager or anybody else explain how that could possibly happen ? To add insult to injury, when we finally got our pizza, it was lukewarm, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. I’m not sure who’s running the show over there, but it seemed like amateur hour watching everyone scramble around when it wasn’t even that busy… please avoid this place if you value your time. Also, don’t call it a white pizza, it’s a plain cheese pizza.

We arrived to Joes at 6:40pm on February 20,2026. Ordered our food .. at 8:05 pm our food arrived..
No silverware was given to us..we had to ask for it…
My pizza was wrong.
The fettuccini Alfredo with broccoli was half cooked with the noodles being hard. She couldn’t eat what I paid $17.00 for.
I received excuse after excuse for this.
We were not the only customers who waited over 1 hour and a half for food.
We were told that they had a lot of to go orders and parties. You do not prioritize to go orders over customers who have been seated and are waiting on food.
I normally do not place reviews but this is ridiculous.
Poor management in every aspect .
This place has always been a great place to come and eat a pizza but I will not be back until management figures out how to run a restaurant .

I have been to Joe’s on multiple occasions and love their food. I have been wanting to try their buffet for a while but due to it only being available on Tuesday I never got to go. Today I decided it was Tuesday and I was going to make special trip just to go. The salad bar is great. The pizza buffet was extremely disappointing. We were there for 1 hour and the pizza never got changed and no pizza was added. All the pizza on the buffet was on the bar before we sat down. All the pizza, breadsticks, and dessert pizza was on thin crust. All the food was dried out and crust was hard and crunchy. Total waste of my money for 3 people. $63.00 for the worst buffet that I have been to. Pizza Inn changes out the pizza and adds any pizza you request. Joe’s should just stop the buffet and only offer a salad buffet.

From out of town and will not be back. Ordered for pickup – 2 undercooked pizzas and 10 boneless wings (if you even want to call the under cooked chicken nuggets that) for $75. Got there right when it was ready and the boxes were hotter than the food. Not worth it in the slightest we had better food at Cook Out

The service was great. The food was okay. The cheesesticks that I had were not fried very well. They seemed to either be rushed or old. We left them on the table. The pizza was good, but the crust was not well done. We paid a lot for this. I don’t think we will be back.

We *were* regulars. I can say that I will do everything in my power to never return.

Service has slowed significantly over the last several months, but tonight took it to a new level. We sat for over an hour and only had side salads. Server blamed the kitchen on our lack of pizza. However, 2 tables with larger orders than ours were sat, fed and left in the time we waited.

Our to go order on Saturday took over an hour. My daughter’s pepperoni pizza had approximately 1.5 pepperoni per slice. Needless to say, the quality of food has gone down significantly, as well.

We were still charged for 2 side salads when I finally had enough and cancelled our pizza order this evening. At least they got their $10 for some wilty lettuce and low grade “mozzarella”.

74 degrees on their patio, good pizza, cold beer, friendly service, hard to beat on Dec. 27th. Slightly thicker crust and I’d have given all 5*s. Still, a good pizza. I particularly like the tomato sauce.
