Nice small town spot. We stopped in to try their BBQ as they were recommended on Google. First, we were there on an off time and during the covid shut down. We were served efficiently and since there was no shade we took it to the local park to eat it. The pulled pork sandwich was okay, but the BBQ sauce tasted more like ketchup than BBQ. Tenerloin was okay, but not outstanding. Their onion strings were fantastic!!! Worth going back for!

Went on a Saturday around 1 pm. Fried pickles are delicious. I ordered the buffalo chicken nachos. Couldn’t eat them…they were disgusting. Husband got the 50/50 (beef/bacon) burger…it was okay. Only 2 people working (1 waitress and 1 cook) so I felt bad for our young waitress.

Love the atmosphere and whole idea of a “garage restaurant”. It was clean and very rustic. The service was good, our waitress took care of us and was very nice. definitely made us feel welcome. I had the 3 meats; brisket , smoked chicken, and smoked sausage with a side of onion tangles and okra. It was all so good! I tried a little bit of my family’s food and i loved the ribs and fried pickles. to. die. for! If i would have one negative, it would be they went a little skimpy on the brisket. I got two thin slices..but it was still delicious! Everything was good for the price. Would definitely recommend. will come back when back in town!

Excellent customer service and great employees. Everyone who works at this establishment has a great personality and are always laughing and having a good time and trying to make the customers and employees feel like family. The owner Dave is a good man and treats people as if he’s known you for a lifetime and his daughter Josie is a kind, sweet young lady who can light up a room with her smile. Got the 3 meat dinner loved everything I got. The smoked sausage and pulled pork was excellent. The brisket was a little tough but really flavorful. The mixed greens was to die for and the sweet potato casserole was lovely. Will be coming back again.

This was my first time eating here just today. From the time we walked in and was greeted by the friendliest staff i have ever been around. Wish i would have caught her name to give her this shout out. The smell alone in this place was enough to make me want more. The atmosphere inside was fantastic and clean. The food second to none. There is outside tables which is where we ate. The only downside to this place was unless you read the building you wont know that the enterance doesnt face the main road. But not enough to take away a star for sure. (That comment is for the young lady to remember us so hopefully she gets the credit for being wonderful) We will be back for sure. Awesome BBQ

OMG. This place is awesome. Loved the set up. The ribs were perfect and do not think of going there without trying the baked beans (mouthwatering) very good prices to top things off. Tried the ribs chicken sausage brisket and rib tips plus the baked beans onion curls and the fried pickles. All of the above were great. Drove 3 hrs to get there and would gladly do it again. The staff was super friendly and made you feel right at home. The owner even took the time to talk to us and thank us for coming such a long distance to try the place out.

Friendly service. Loved the decor. Ordered onion tangles and cheese fritters. The coating had mostly fallen off the onions and it seemed like a huge plate of breading pieces. Not good. The cheese fritters were very cheesy and came with two dipping sauces. Very good. We ordered wings- cold, brisket-tough and not tasty, ribs-way overdone, Mac and cheese-dry, garlic? Not sure but def not good, okra-awesome, fries-awesome, fried jalapeños-awesome. Great spot, friendly service but food is not that great. Hope they can improve.
