We loved the food, fresh, homemade soup was delicious. The Philly steak sandwich and fries were amazing, great carrot cake. Very friendly and helpful. Not fancy, just fabulous food!

My favorite place to get to-go food in Federal Way. They have an large selection of dishes and drinks. Staff is always extremely friendly. Atmosphere is great. My favorite dish is the Hot Sicilian, but the breakfast dishes are also amazing

First impression, fairly clean, very simple menu. Ordered and when I got my food I was surprised. I ordered a half sandwich and cup of soup. All I got was my half sandwich. A bit of a shocker when you see is three bites of bread and that’s your whole lunch. Not to mention it was a grilled cheese. The most simple and bland grilled cheese I’ve eaten. Soup never came and when I asked where it was they never charged me. Surprisingly, moments later she came over with a cup of soup. Thoughtful and I was appreciative. A win for the customer service.
There is a huge homeless problem very nearby. If you’re not facing the windows you may not see anything outside.
Probably won’t come here again unless I have no other option and hangry. But others really like it so to each their own.

Staff and food were great! The place was packed for lunch and the vibe was good and calm. Perfect place to go for lunch break. They had all sorts of options for food and drinks. My favorite were the fries, perfectly crispy!

I’ve gone to Joe’s deli for 2 years now and I am embarrassed by not having reviewed them earlier considering how excellent they are at what they serve.
Customer service is phenomenal… they know my order before I even have to place it and they make it prefect every time. I strongly recommend their Philly cheese steak. Not like the real deal but a genuinely great sandwich at excellent prices. They rotate their selection often and just serve awesome sandwiches in general.
Worth a visit and every penny.
