I never flat out splurge on take away. But, I was gifted a card and I was going to a place where I needed to eat and ordered pickup inside at a certain time. WOW, walked in a little warm early and not there. No big deal, sat and waited checking to see if my meal made it to the rack yet or not. Five minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, the staff asked me if I could be helped. I gave my name and they found it in the drive through. It was not hot, this was my first clue. What I should have done was check their work. I paid for double protein, that didn’t happen. I got maybe a regular amount of protein, rice, and the wet stuff(sauces.) I was so hopping mad. But, I was at my event and really had no option but go hungry or eat it.

I was super excited about there being a chipotle across from my hotel, was really planning it to be my go to meal for the next 2 weeks. I ordered a double steak bowl, they were out of grilled veggies, black beans and had no lettuce…like how do you run out of lettuce. I almost walked out (and should have) after noticing how dirty and neglected the place looked. from the floors to the counters where they were preparing the food…like there were ingredients on the counter spilling into the toppings where you build your bowl..It literally looked like they did step out past the counter after they opened, especially since all their drinks were empty too, none of the tables were whiped down…I felt cleaner outside….well good thing theres other options for the next 2 weeks…but man that’s one hell of a way to lose a customer and one that usually loves chipotle….

I was in the area and heard good things about this chipotle location so I figured I would try it. I placed a mobile order and got home and my bowl was literally half full. If they were smart they could’ve pushed it down to make it look like they at least tried but they are so careless that they didn’t even bother. It is just crazy to me how you could spend that much on a meal you only get served half of. Not worth my time ever coming back to this location.

Guy in the line helping with my food was nice really nice helping my kids in what to order. Spanish dude really nice . But the area where you eat , tables, drinks station, floors nasty really nasty . Was early not busy not excuse. The guy taking the orders was the ones trying to fix or clean at little drinks station, the rest of people just chilling talking . Doing nothing my kids 6 and 7 years old was cleaning the table where we eat . After all shame in this place

We planned on a pre-holiday dinner with family and friends at this Chipotle. After walking in around 4:00 pm yesterday on a Saturday afternoon, we were absolutely disgusted by how filthy the dining area was. There were copious food remnants on the table tops, and the greasy windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. My wife heroically started to wipe the numerous leftover food particles off a table, but quickly stopped after surveying the entire dining room which was an unmitigated disaster. Needless to say, we immediately bolted out of this trashy establishment and headed for another place to eat. The kind of management and ownership which can totally neglect this type of eatery should obviously not be in the restaurant business!
